I have always liked to support this somewhat sad store. The employees who arent managers are kind. One manager in particular is the rudest woman I have probably ever encountered. You know the type who seems to enjoy treating others rude? Customers and employees alike. She clearly has no social graces whatsoever and acts as though she hates her job. I frequent this store but not anymore. Her rudeness is so blatant my 5 year old asked if she was grumpy. I believe her name is Kelly. If Shopko has plans of keeping this store running its time to find someone to replace this lady. Ive never walked out of a store at the register but I refuse to give my hard earned money to a company that could even consider someone like this to do any sort of retail. Hopefully she realized after I told her, that she is so mean to everyone I see her ring up and especially the way she treats employees. Please grow up or get over your personal problems. Go back to your own company, I cant see you enriching anyones life. Very rude woman!

On my last visit here, the manager chastised the cashier while we were standing there, because I took a large item back to the shelf to grab a different one. She treated him like an idiot, and my family like we were trying to screw her out of merchandise. In addition, everyone here (the manager included) clearly hates their job. Its very obvious when you ask them questions or just look at their faces. I get that its retail, but at least give the impression that you take pride in your workplace.

8 lanes and they only have one open 4 days before Xmas and line of 10 people. The customer service is poor, you can never find an associate to help and when you do they have no idea where or if they carry an item. Did I mention the 20minute checkout! Save your time and go to Target or Walmart at least they have a better idea of how valuable time is to people

The employees and especially the ones working the service desk are impossible to work with and are rude. THE SHIRT THEY WEAR SAYS "the customer counts" and lately they can count them with the fingers on one hand!!! What has happened to this Shopko? Hated it!

Too few cashiers. And the one that was at the single register that was open was unprofessional and not well trained. The store was clean and well organized.

Took my mom to their sale shopping. They did not have things for the sale stocked, some were not even available.

Its always slow here, so empliyees are lax. Not sure how they get enough business to stay open.
