IF I COULD RATE THIS STORE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! The reps working this location are absolutely unprofessional and infuriating. I went into this location yesterday with my girlfriend. We were only attempting to add a line to her already existing account. After first being told that my girlfriend could not use the bathroom there to change her sons diaper we continued our attempt to obtain a new phone as it was already late in the day and this was our last stop. The rep assisting us name was Jocelyn. She took our information and soon after explained that we could only add the line we were looking for if my girlfriend would port her number over!! We explained that her bill was paid only a week ago and that we just wanted a new number temporarily until the end of her service. Jocelyn said she absolutely had to port over her number. As she was spewing this load of croc her "manager" Dylan Lee decided to chime in. After a carefully review of their computer screen he concluded the same thing and explained that it was their stores Policy. So I asked if we would have came in without a phone at all that my girlfriend still wouldnt be able to purchase a new phone with a new phone number? The manager Dylan said "yes." I said I never heard of that before. He then suggested that we go back to the store where we started service in a very rude and dismissive way. STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE BY ALL COST!!!!

In Dec 2010 I went to this store and subscribed to cell phone service. The phone supplied was a Samsung Android phone. The phone turned out to be the worst piece of junk I had ever used. I contacted the store 2 weeks after starting the service and was promised a new phone, but I had to wait a few weeks because no phones were in stock. Several weeks later, I contacted the store, and spoke with the manager. He was rude, abrasive and stated "I dont care what you were told, Im not replacing the defective phone". So for 2 years, I had a phone that worked about 50%. Also last February, we moved to a new location. The service was so poor, I would have to leave the house and drive 1/4 mile from the house to make a call. Not to mention the dropped calls, phone locking up, and over 50 calls to Sprint customer service! I would vote Sprint and the Sprint by Fastwire the worst, rudest thieves in Arizona!! All I can say is Beware, Beware, Beware!!! Doing business with this store or Sprint will be a costly mistake!!

I dont understand the technicalities of how it works, but apparently there are *real* Sprint stores (like the one 2.5 miles south of here off of McClintock and Southern), and then there are pseduo-"Sprint" stores like this one which arent actually run by Sprint but by some kind of franchise or contract operation. In pseduo-"Sprint" stores (namely, this one), Ive encountered absurdly long wait times, over an hour before being helped and another hour to get my line switched over. Ive also gotten flat out false information about my phone (claims it would get 4G yet only got 3G). The folks who work here are sincere and extremely patient with difficult customers, to their great credit, but appear to be undertrained, understaffed, and not fully informed. By contrast, when I go to real Sprint stores like the one south of here, Ive been helped immediately (less than 5 minute wait) and Ive gotten accurate advice from people who know these devices and know what they are talking about.

STELLAR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! I went into the store today because randomly my phone wouldnt accept my pin and was locked. .. unreal. I was told twice I would have to have my phone hard reset meaning losing everything on my phone. To me that was unbelievable that there was no other technical way lf doing this. NIKKI JOHNSON! THANK GOD FOR HER! Without even asking me she got on the computer and googled it for me. Well can you believe the answer was right there. She even helped me by logging into Samsung for me and completing all the steps ultimately unlocking my phone. I could have hugged her. 30 min away from my home with a toddler in tow. I was istantly relieved of all anxiety. I recently returned to Sprint and having such a GREAT customer experience truly solidifies my committment to stay. Thanks so much Nikki!

I had gone in and specifically asked for the model of the Galaxy Note that corresponds with the Galaxy S7 Generation. I had even specified that if that model of the note had not yet released that I would gladly wait to upgrade. They had lied to me and told me the Note 5 had released just that month (June) and was within the same spec and feature generation as the Galaxy S7. Now they are refusing to correct the mistake and order the phone they had promised me. Sprints over the phone service was even worse. On top of all that, they had changed my plan without my permission to get me off of my grandfathered unlimited data plan. Luckily the phone representatives were helpful enough and corrected that issue. Just do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store. The Tempe Town Marketplace location is run by sleazeballs.

Had an amazing experience at this sprint with the customer service Rep Nikki who was working late on Fridays closing shift. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my credit card at the mall and had to run 20 minutes to Scottsdale to retrieve it before I could purchase my iPhone 7. Nikki was courteous to work with me and stay in the store a few minutes after her shift to assist me and my roommate in purchasing our new iPhones. She was extremely kind and very friendly to talk to. Never had more of a smooth and gratifying experience at Sprint Thani had with Nikki at the Sprint in Tempe Marketplace. Thanks again for the help and the new iPhone 7s!

So lets be honest having to deal with any customer service reps is usually a drag in my opinion. Its typically something I avoid, but this sprint location changed that for me. One person in particular Nikki Johnson. She was extremely friendly and helpful (which again isnt something Im used to). I normally try to get in and out as soon as possible but she was so personable I stayed 30 minutes after ha! She helped me transfer all my apps from my old phone to my new one with such ease! Sprint kudos to you for hiring this one! I live in chandler but Ill be making a trip to this one whenever I have issues.

Probably the worst sprint store I have ever been to there were three people on staff one of them had his kid there and they seemed to be more interested about chatting with each other than actually helping me tho I was only there to pay a bill they said that I had to use this stupid box I prefer to deal with people than a shitty computer and they said that they Absolutly couldnt deal with me it shouldnt have to be this difficult to give you money

I was in town for work and I received awesome customer service. Sadly I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. I know he is from San Luis Obispo. My iPhone had frozen and he tried everything he could to fix it. Unfortunately it required me taking it to an Apple Store. He felt terrible that he couldnt fix it and honestly I felt his sincerity. I greatly appreciate this customer service.
