I’ve been a loyal ATT Wireless customer for more than a decade, so it pains me that much more to say how I had what is likely the worst customer service experience of my life at this store. Not only did the staff have no idea about what was going on re: well, almost anything (from product releases to shipments to plan details), they initially pretended as though they did, and, when proven absolutely wrong a few days later, made me feel as though I was the one who’d made some mistake. I’d go deeper into the specifics, but am just going to leave it at this: if you want to retain any semblance of respect for ATT as a company (and for however much of your money you’ve already paid them over the years), don’t go to this store. When I left, I was 98% sure I was finally going to cut the cord with this company. I gave it one last shot, at the store on S’dale Rd. across from Fashion Square, and had an exponentially better experience (aka the kind of retail/customer service experience one should have with an important provider). The employees at this Shea location were woefully misinformed, to the point of making misrepresentations, and to the point of making it even worse by not acknowledging their error.

Terrific people! We went right B4 closing on Sun night w/ our 3 young kids. Opened a business acct & transferred 3 addl lines from other carrier. They took care of everything, stayed open late 4 us & brought all the user-ready phones -they personalized & labelled each to our specs 4 every employee- to our car... Then called the next day 2 make sure all was working! RARE!!! We checked several carriers b4 deciding on AT&T-this store has THE best inventory & service by FAR!!

I brought my phone in because it has been restarting randomly and the incompetent employee, instead of powering my phone off before removing the battery, just pulled the battery out and basically told me there was nothing they can do.

These guys are the best!! Fantastic Customer Service and are always there to help. If you want great service and a great choice of phones then this is the store.
