I truly wanted to leave a better review, and I wanted a great bed buying experience. Yet what I discovered is so wrong. If you try to leave a honest review on the sleep number website about their beds and it is not great, they reject the review and deny people an open forum and complete disclosure. So you cannot trust their customer ratings because they only allow the good ones. I was sold a split king bed and spent over $9000. First, you have a 100 night offer to try it and like it or return it, but if you buy the needed base to use the mattress that part of the sale is final and not returnable. The problem with my experience is that the split king was portrayed to me as a very minimal gap between the mattresses. My reality is that the gap is about 5 inches and can be a little more or less. I did not like that at all. I would lose remotes and my dog would fall into the gap. So I called to change it to the lower price flex top mattress and it ended up costing me more money to make the exchange. Then they tell you that if you make the exchange, you can no longer return the mattress unless defective. And so much for a 100-night trial. I wanted to keep the bed anyway, but buyer beware. If you think you are going to try this bed and be able to return it and not be stuck with any product or not owe thousands of dollars for a base, you are wrong. You get a cushion-wrapped air mattress on a required base. And you cannot trust their website for reviews because they dont allow any negative reviews. So my lesson cost me almost $10,000. Dont learn this the hard way.

During my initial visit to the store when I decided to buy the i10 and InBalance sheets, I was treated exceptionally and I understand why since I was spending over $10,000. What has happened after this purchase has been unacceptable. The sheets I purchased were out of stock in the store, so I was told they would be shipped to me within 8-10 business days. I waited and waited, come to find out, the sheets were on manufacturer backorder, which no one ever told me about. I even called customer service and no one told me. Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, same with Rick who sold me the bed. I had to track down my own sheets and drive 40 minutes to get them. Also, when I spend a premium on bedding, I expect it to be of premium quality. This has not been the case with my InBalance sheets. One fitted sheet has "balled" making it uncomfortable to sleep on. This has happened in the past with other sheets from sleep number. I was blamed for the first set, and now I know its the poor quality of the material used.

DO NOT BUY HERE. They reel you in and then get you on a "promotional plan". THEY DO NOT SHARE THAT IF YOU DO NOT PAY OFF THE BED DURING THIS PERIOD, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 30% INTEREST DURING THE TIME PERIOD YOU STARTED PURCHASING THE BED. The CEO does NOT care. I escalated this fiasco up to the head of the company and left a voice mail AND an email message hoping to secure some sort of resolve. No luck what-so-ever. Keep in mind, they are partnering with a company that does this financial debacle of a program and the employees there are NOT taught to allow you to know about this rip off of a program. My $2200 dollar bed has ended up costing me near/close to $3000 dollars now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Absolutely Horrible!! Me and my wife were told you have 100% 100 day risk free trail! What they dont tell you is mattress only! So if you hate it like we did! Its too hot, the connection between the remote and bed it is at best shaky! So when we went to return it we are still stuck with the overly price bed frame and base. They also said we can extend our 0% interest to 12 months by calling customer service. They helped by saying sorry it was suppose to be done at point of sell with the manager Scot doesnt take any responsibility for! So now Im stuck with a uncomfortable bed overly priced bed frame and 6 month to pay it off! Enjoy your experience there!

We ordered the new TK2 twin bed for our special needs duaghter on Nov. 6th 2015. We were told that, given it was a new product that it would take 3 weeks minimum to have it shipped. Three weeks later there was no bed. We contacted the store and was told that unfortunately they couldnt do anything and we would have to contact the customer service. So we did 4 TIMES over the next 4 weeks to no avail. We then had no choice but to chargeback through our credit card to get our money back. Bad form Sleep Number. We were really hoping the product would work. But not at the $1700 expense, and no bed after almost 9 weeks

I purchased the ILE and a Flexfit2. I LOVE THIS PURCHASE. I have never ever been so comfortable or happy with my bedroom. The mattress is heaven and I did not have any issues with the staff. Service was great and everything fell into place just as I was told it would. My entire family loves my bed. I will recommend this bed for the rest of my life.
