When I purchased my new phone, I was told I was buying a top of the line Zagg InvisibleShield glass screen protector. When my screen protector cracked and I went to go get it replaced by Zagg for $6, I was told that my phone clearly did not have a Zagg screen protector on it. I went back to AT&T to get a receipt to prove that, indeed, I had purchased a Zagg protector. When I brought my proof of purchase back to Zagg the man helping me sighed and said that unfortunately this happens all the time. AT&T sold me the more expensive protector with the great warranty but that was not what they gave me. When you purchase from this store make sure that they show you everything you are buying. Dont let them take advantage of you like they did me. I am rating them two stars instead of one because in my experience they have fabulous customer service. Any time Ive needed help with a technical issue, or any other issue for that matter, theyve been really helpful and kind. With that said, dont let them sleaze you out of what youre buying.

This was the worst experience I have ever had or witnessed, I have never been treated so rude or had my girlfriend treated so terrible. My girlfriend and I came to this store to get her a new iPhone and the store manager Michael was very rude and confrontational to me and he was harassing my girlfriend. This store is a stain on att as a company and this manager Michael is the worst retail store manager I have ever seen. We are canceling all of our lines with att and I will be filing formal complaints about this employee to att.

After seeing a couple of the previous negative reviews, we almost did not come to this store. Our experience was the exact opposite. We came in on a Saturday, purchased a couple iPhones and transferred another to a new number and was out of there in about 45 minutes. Our salesperson, Erin "McCall" Robinson was exceptional. Polite, responsive, and efficient. We interacted with many of the store personnel who all seemed to have the same attitude. We would recommend this store.

Lack of employees. I walked in there and had just simply one question, that in which couldnt be answered for approximately an hour and a half! Not only that but i also overhead the lady with the blonde hair that works there tell a coworker she wasnt able to help her customers because it was the end of her shift, I dont know how many times Ive went the extra mile for my customers working for Verizon but to me thats completely unacceptable! Considering on switching.

My wife and I decided to ATT out. We came from Verizon. The customer service is top notch. This store specifically will help you with anything you need. I was so impress with how willing everyone was. Especially Amanda. She made sure that things went smooth and that our account was in order. Whereas Verizon is more likely to just get you out as soon as possible. I recommend going in store here and having them help you out. Such good customer service.

Steve couldnt seem to move my number on to my wifes plan. That way we had just one Bill something that I would guess to take only a half hour took two and it still wasnt done when we left. He made several mistakes and was showing us photos on his phone of the area I wouldnt care normally if he was multitasking and getting us taken care of but if one thing doesnt work try another computer not the same one 3 times and have the same results.

Walked in said I was having problem setting up voicemail on my new phone. Never had an issue before with it just transferring to a phone. Was told it would be a minute everyone busy. Next 2 customers walked in and asked about setting up service or getting new phone helped before me. 15 yr customer I just walked out.

My wife had them hold 2 phones for 24 hours. I showed up hour 23 into the hold and they supposedly used one as a demo so they only could sell us the one phone forcing me to drive to another location to buy the other one. Another reason I personally do not use their service anymore. Waste of time and money.

The wait times are horrendous every time I have gone in their. I feel like I was treated like an idiot and my experience was very confrontational. Save the chaos of going into this location and go to one of the att retailer stores- you will get better service and better deals from them.

Ive been having a lot of problems with my phone that I purchased somewhere else and keep having to get different SIM cards and the guys here have been amazing at helping me get them done. The service has usually been very fast and the staff is very knowledgeable.
