For the men; Pros: The clothing is fairly budget friendly. Making this store an easy choice when you need a few extra shirts! Cons: The clothing manufactured for the company is abhorrent. I bought a medium long sleeve shirt, dried it and it looked like something a 12 year old boy should wear. I went back a few months later to purchase 2 Large long sleeve shirts and to my surprise after air drying them they were identical to the medium. The only difference was the sleeve length! I will not wear a shirt that shows anything above my belt when I lift up my arms. The levis they sell are all LOW CUT. I dont understand why any normal male would want to wear a pair of jeans that would typically be for a woman. I do own a pair, and they are probably the best looking jeans I have, however the low cut is incredibly uncomfortable. The low cut jeans with the long sleeve shirts that are too short in the torso and too long in the sleeves make an amazingly hilarious pair. Without even raising your arms there will most likely be a good 2 inches of space between the two. I dont understand this place, I really dont. I will not be going back. Height: 5 8" Weight: 140 lbs

I love the clothes here, but HATE coming to this location. Every single one of the employees are blatantly rude. Ive been here several times and every time it is like this..I now purposely go to South Towne mall if I want to go to H&M because the one here, at Fashion Place, has such awful customer service. For example, one time I waited in line for a good 10 minutes (my baby was fussing the whole time) when I finally got to the front of the line the jerk said "sorry this lane is now closed" I then had to go to the back of one of the other huge lines! I watched this guy tinker around with clothes and literally do nothing the whole time I was waiting in my new line and THEN right when I got to the front of my line he opened his up again! I was so frustrated! This is one of many examples I have of the crappy way the employees here treat their customers. Also they ALWAYS miss taking security tags off clothes so then Ive had to go all the back to this terrible store to get them off. I seriously will never come back to this location again.

H & M must stand for "Hateful" and "Mean". This store has the worst customer service of any retail store Ive experienced...worse than Walmart!!! The staff are unhelpful, rude, apathetic and unsavory in their attitudes. My sister and I decided we would never go back after spending an hour there shopping and trying on clothes. We purchased several hundred dollars of clothing and were poorly treated throughout the entire process from looking for items, to trying them on, to checking out. I am flabbergasted by how horrible the employees are to their guests. My sister is overcoming a serious illness and I was trying to help her carry clothes and bring her clothes while she was trying them on. The staff were awful to her, and to me. We are upper-middle-class, nice looking 30-40 year old Moms who are nice people! We were treated like hooligans. To many examples to list here of how rude the staff were to us! If you want to be treated like trash, go to H & M in Fashion Place Mall!!!

Apparently, the H&M has a fitting room policy that if your young daughter can dress herself, the mother is not allowed in the fitting room with her. I wonder if the part of the H&M policy is also to scream and yell at the mother until her kid starts shaking in case the mother refuses to leave the kid in the dressing room alone, for if it is, IMHO Erika--who described herself as the Murray store manager several times for I did not believe her--has done a superb job doing exactly that. I stayed with my daughter until she changed back to her own clothes and then we left and we will never come back; the "ten-buck shirt" is not worth it. No screaming women will get between me and my child, and I dont care if she is a manager or a vice president of broom closet.

This H&M is HUGE & located at Fashion Place mall. You can access the H&M without even going in the mall so if you just want to hit up the h&m its easy enough to do. This location is two or three stories and the upper stories are all for little children style. Ive gotten super cute items here and they seem to have good deals for everything including women and mens clothing which is awesome and not to mention convenient! It can get crowded here around the holidays and weekends depending when you decide to stop by, and since Fashion Place is expanding and adding more stores and restaurants there can be somewhat of a wait in line when shopping here.

Nobody ever answers when I call the phone. The sales associates arent really there to help. It was like they were walking floor models or something, because every time I asked someone for help, I felt like I was annoying them. Then I got to the register and the magstip on my credit card was not cooperating with the scanner, and apparently she couldnt just type in the card number. I wish corporations like H&M would hire employees that use common sense, or at least have some customer service experience. Ill just stick to ordering online

The employees are just plain rude. I have never experienced such bad customer service. I was shopping with my mom, and they would not us let be in the same fitting room. I had to walk down the hall to show her every thing I tried on, in front of other people. This was extremely uncomfortable. The employees used the excuse of "company policy" to be mean and disrespectful. Although I liked the clothes, I simply walked out after my frustration with the fitting room situation.

Seemingly great store. Terrible service. I bought a large shirt on accident so I went back two hours later to exchange it for a medium. The medium for some reason was $1 more and they wouldnt exchange it. They stared at me for a moment so I said, "look, if youre not going to help me, dont help me" and walked out. It wasnt worth the fight and theyre not worth any of my future business.

Tried buy something online over 2 weeks ago. Ive been waiting for it to ship and they emailed me yesterday saying that my order was cancelled because they sold out of the item. Well I tried COUNTLESS times to get ahold of customer service and they NEVER got back with me. Very poor customer service.

I am impressed with the service here! I feel that this place gets a bad rap because of impatient customers. The policys they have keep the store organized and I admire they are protective over their products, showing that this store holds integrity. Ive always been helped fast and efficiently.

The location can be prone to huge crowds, so avoid Friday and Saturday afternoons. Great selection and price ranges. Nick was super friendly, explained current promotions and had great tips for us. He recognized us when we came back and made us feel welcome. Nice!

If youre straight, expect to be treated like garbage by the precious queens working here. Rude, unprofessional employees, with a stupid arrogance that is incredibly disappointing. Also, escalator is still broken. Id give this sh*thole zero stars if I could.
