I just so happened to stop by here on my way back from my eye exam and thought Id look for something cute for the weekend. I was never greeted by an employee or asked if I needed help finding anything. I took a couple of garments to their fitting room where there were 4 workers sorting through clothes, one of which who was extremely rude, she made me feel like I inconveniencing her to get me a dressing room (which I just waited quietly for cause they seem to be busy). And rather than walking up to me when I was through to take what didnt fit, she demandingly requested that I bring them to her when she could see I was struggling with my purse getting caught in the hangers. The funny thing is I saw that she was really nice to her co-workers. Maybe Forever 21 should work on hiring people who actually want to help their customers instead of bitchy girls with hickeys on their neck. I would have given them 1 star if it werent for the cashiers who were really nice but in other words, worst experience ever.

Had the worst experience shopping there today. They have clothes jammed on the racks so tightly that it makes it next to impossible to move the clothing so that you can see what is on the rack. I found myself moving sections of clothing and placing them on another area, so that I could see the clothing. An associate walked up to me and told me that I couldnt do that and if I moved anything to put it back where I got it...I said yeah ok, Im really here to do your job. I walked out of the store so frustrated from shopping there...wont be back anytime in the future. Horrible shopping experience!!

Where do I start with Forever 21? Okay so walking in to the store looks like a mess, there are shirts that were once on hangers and now on the ground all messed up and a bit dirty. The clothes are nice at first glance but then you turn it around you see a dumb quote or design. Their jeans are trash and they washes away in a few washes. The employees are also very uninterested, my mom ask one if she could get help getting a shirt that was hung on a high shelve but, the employee kept telling her that she could not find a retrieving hanger which was bs because there was one in the corner.

Finally found my perfect pair of pants... Only for them to say they couldnt sell them to me. The cashier couldnt give me any rhyme or reason as to why, and was very rude about the whole thing when I inquired why they couldnt be purchased. She also said this is apparently a normal occurance, which in my opinion is unreasonable. Why put out merchandize you cant sell?! I dont reccomend this location.

They have the best forever 21 thats closest to where I live. It involves the plus sizes unlike the one at the Chandler Forever 21. Its also alot bigger.

Arizona Mills is known as a ... One ethnicity kind of mall and with that being said prices there can be found as low as outlet malls!
