Stay away from this store if your military. Unfortunately BrightStar wireless has been a pain in the ass to work with and would not recommend them to anyone. Im old fashion in the sense if someone says they are going to do something they better damn do it. Im in the military and was picking up some new phones in between PCSing (moving), well a employee their told me that I would be able to use a Iphone 6 until my wifes Iphone 6+ came in, which is find, but guess what? that individual did not overnight the phone so the phone didnt come in on time.Me being on a tight schedule and needing to get to my next base, I ask what they could do for me? "Oh sorry your just going to have to live with the Iphone 6 even though we continue to charge you for a Iphone 6 plus. Over the course of three weeks of them lying to me and Sprints call center, telling me they would ship the phone which they still havent, its kind of sad really that they would be so inconsiderate with my situation. Being that they failed to uphold there end of the deal. Since they are a third party company, selling their phones using sprints network I tried to call Sprint customer service well they really cant do anything for me because of the third party crap. Long story short if I were you find a no kidding sprint store and shop that way. Almost four weeks later still no phone, its pathetic! terrible customer service on Brightstar wireless part.

I walked into this store about a quarter to 8pm, unaware that the store closed in just 15 minutes. I was already annoyed from the day since I was there to buy a new phone after mine had dropped and broken completely. Zach, the floor lead was working with another customer, but still kindly greeted me and said he would be right with me. I told him I had seen a special on the Samsung s7 Edge online, but wasnt sure if it would pertain to me since I was already a customer. Not only did Zach stay over an hour after the store closed to help me get my new phone set up, but he also helped me open a new account, worked relentlessly on finding me every deal he could find, ended up saving me over $400 on phone and accessories, then made my new contract $10 cheaper than my old one! I have never ever experienced this level of customer service with a phone carrier ever in my life. This guy needs a raise and recognition by the way he treats his customers. I left the store extremely thankful for his help and he didnt seem even a little off put that I had kept him from going home over an hour past the end of his shift. Thanks Sprint, and thanks Zach!

I highly recommend never going to this location. Save yourself some time and money and go to a corporate location. Since this company is a third party affiliate and NOT a Sprint company, they are limited on what they can do to help you. Their employees are untrained and straight out of high school. It has costed me a lot time and money trying to work with these people.

A few months ago I met Arturo at the Sprint store in Quarry Bend and just recently I purchased a new phone from Arturo and Sprint. What a refreshing addition to my life. Darrell served me with honesty and knowledge. He explained the plans and I felt he cared for me as a customer instead of just another sales to meet a quota. Highly recommend this Sprint store, disliked all the other there stores in the Salt Lake county. But this Store was my best experience. Totally keeping with Sprint.

They will say anything to get you to buy accessories. They promised that theyd waive my activation fees for life. Got an e-mail 3 days later telling me that I wasnt eligible because of the t-mobile bill discount. Went back into the store, and they refused to return the accessory I purchased. DONT buy any accessories!!

Was looking to replace my iPhone 6s. The girl who was helping me looked for a Gold iPhone but didnt have on in inventory. She took the time to call around other stores to locate one. Found one, exchanged my old for it and was treated very well. I would reccomend this store to anyone.
