DJ and Scott were fantastic! They listened to my concerns and set up my new phone for me. I am so happy. A few days ago I went to the store on Southern and Mc Clintock, the person who spoke with me was so rude and in such a rush that he did not listen to what I needed. He told me to just go home and turn the phone off and back on again. When I wanted to use a sprint phone to call customers service he told me to use my phone. I do not plan to ever go in that store again. When I asked how to put myself on the list to get service, I was asked can I read ? His name was Justin. So glad I gave another store a try.

Went in because my phone was not working Told it was a software issue not able to fix it. They ordered me a new phone. But I would be without a phone for 3 to 5 business days. So instead they gave me a free phone for 5.00 a month plus insurance. For 6 months. They changed my plan to a 6 gb plan. I later got a text saying,I used 75% of my data. I went back and called customer care. All was supposedly changed back to normal. Now I get a huge bill saying I am paying full price for 2 lines unlimited plus insurance so my normal bill more then doubled. This is such a scam.

Levi and the rest of the crew went out of their way to help me get a replacement phone for my father inlaw. They called another store to get the Samsung J3 and kept it for me even with the original store called wanting it back. I would recommend to anyone needing help with their Sprint phones to stop by at this location.

Sprint lies they say we cut your bill in half, I was at their gilbert store today, took my bill what I came up and ended up with was more than what I am now paying. Do listen to their adds through all media. I am sorry for myself that I have waisted my time for unreliable company.

Super helpful staff! Anthony and Roxanna make magic happen for you. Helped us though complex upgrades, maximized our phone trade-in values, gave hook-up on new accessories (cases, protectors, and charger), and even helped me over the phone after we left. Great experience.

These guys where awesome had my lg Optimus G phone crash and the tech in the back got me right up with a fix bit ending swapping it to a new one. Thanks u rock. Had to wait while he worked on it for about an hr but other than that im glad i went in.

Sprint is a bad idea; not as bad as AT&T, however. Tmoble is where you want to go, but expect slow service. Its worth the effort, though.
