The store is a disaster and its impossible to find anything. I finally got what I needed after looking for the better part of an hour. The line to check out was really long and they only had two cashiers working. My 16 month old daughter and I were forced to stand next to the perfume isle for several minutes because someone had chosen to make it part of the elaborate maze one has to go through to get to the registers. My daughter suffers from severe allergies, and by the time we got to the front, her eyes were watering and she was having trouble breathing from all of the perfume. The girl at the register was not concerned at all that my baby couldnt breathe. She didnt even offer to mention to the manager that I asked them to move the perfume since a lot of people have allergies. Needless to say, we will not be back to this store.

Caveat Shops

This is not the typical Burlington Coat Factory. During the past few years this store has been stripped down from its former glory to a chaotic, cluttered, unorganized, messy warehouse. Clothing is cluttered together on racks without having several of the same item together. I gave up after failed attempts to locate items in different size and/or color. I waded through a huge chaotic sea of luggage to find the make, model and size of the bags I needed. The lack of organization was beyond frustrating. I will not be returning to the Midvale location as its reminiscent of a second hand store. Three stars given for the value of items purchased, however, I refuse to waste my time hunting items in this store.

Loss Prevention Guy is terrible! How do you get a job in working with the public and not know how to resolve problems? He treated us like we were idiots when it was their machine that was timing out and charges us twice! We thought they were calling a manager but they called this guy and he obviously does not have a clue about the system. This location used to be our favorite but everyone knows it should close.. it has slipped tremendously and the only reason we stopped there was our if desperation. Well never be that desperate. #nostar #minusstarreview

I wish I could give this minus 2 Stars, that used to be at nice department store per se with great prices and fun to shop. Now you walk in and it looks like a DI with clothing racks way too close together, shopping the mens racks were a joke, there is no organization everything is just thrown together onto the rack and only one person could be in one area at a time there was virtually no room to pass another Patron I walked out and will not go back, hopefully the one in West Valley when it opens will be nicer....

I am impatient to brag to all my friends and to you, about my great find of Calvin Klein shoes, I snatch this weekend, while on a business trip in USA and of course, using my little free time, to take advantage of the great shopping opportunities that it offers! And I am so happy that I did! Unfortunately, my baggage allowances, did not leave me much to buy from there and I had to restrict myself to very few items..but I will know next time, if I happen to get to such a store!

This place was incredibly disorganized. I was looking for an overcoat but left after five minutes because there was no rhyme or rhythm to how they were sorted. There were labels, but most of the coats seemed to be in the wrong place, so they were pointless. There was a wide selection but unfortunately the place was too much of a zoo to find anything good without spending a whole afternoon searching.

I went into the store to find a wool coat for my wife. What a mess. all the wool coats were a mess. I would have had to get it cleaned before I could have given it to her. The racks were in complete dissaray, trying to find anything was hit and miss at best. It was like the racks were filled by a bunch of 6 year olds who were trying to rush thru it. What a waist of time.

You might find good stuff here eventually and prices are good. People is also friendly. I just hate customer and how less they care about dropping everything to the floor and steeling crap from here. Seriously this store needs a lot more employes. Like double than what they have. Do not go on saturdays it is long waits and over all caothic

The store is completely unorganized and almost all of the shoes were either on the floor or in the wrong size location. Plus there is no way to find what you are looking for. Ross has better deals on everything than they did. And i can find out of they have what Im looking for or not right away. And all of their stores are organized.

Its a bargain warehouse store, what do you expect? Wouldnt say I liked my experience but it was...OK. Needed a crib mattress and they had one! The mattress joint 2 doors down didnt and neither did the kids toy store next door. Burlington did though! Wouldnt call it flashy or friendly but imagine you could find something there.

This place is so unorganized. The staff seem to have no idea on how to treat customers. On top of that, the entire store was a complete mess. Clothes, toys, and much, much more just laying all over the place. Needless to say, I didnt enjoy it there at all. Left after being in there for 5 minutes.

Burlington coat factory is now known as just Burlington. They now sell much more than coats. Everything from house wares to bathroom wares and many clothes in-between. I like the selection they had but the store is a bit un kept so just be aware it may not be the cleanest place.

I love finding treasures at these kind of stores. This particular one is not my first choice, selection is ok. Prices are decent. They have gotten cleaner than they were on recent months. Customer service is average. I like the one in Orem a thousand times better.

Not only is the customer service awful but the management is even worse. The store is a mess and I was just disgusted by the entire experience. I strongly recommend you try TJ Max or Gordmans the prices are often better and you wont leave the store frustrated.

One of the best stores for good collection of coats at reasonable prices. The store is big enough to not give you a cramped feeling. I have bought quite a few things from them coats and otherwise and am happy with all the products. I would visit them again!

Very good prices but you have to have time to find quality clothing items. I have been able to find Calvin Klein pieces, Mont Blanc colognes but it takes time to find the correct size and pieces. Other than that, very good prices.

Burlington Coat Factory is my favorite place to shop!! They have great prices for great clothes, and they have so much stuff to choose from. Baby clothing and other stuff up to my clothing and accessories. Best Store EVER!!

Good place to buy clothes at Reasonable price.No doubt the Quality is good as well.One thing should be kept in mind, you need a lot of time to search for your desired item as there are piles of clothes in Racks.
