So I order some potassium iodide as a precaution to possible fallout from failed nuclear plants in Japan and being downstream from them. Nowhere on their page did they tell me to expect a 6 week wait for my order, and when I called them (twice, the first time the woman on the phone sounded concerned and was very courteous, but never returned my call), I was told that they were recieving a new order tomorrow but there was no way to expedite the order, even knowing that if I and my family end up needing them, that we will have cancer by the time they get around to shipping them. They seem to have some messed up priorities, find a different business to buy from if you want the company you may depend on for your very survival to be concerned about you and your families well being.

The really great thing they did is that when I ran into a problem they fixed it. Id ordered some water bricks to try out. And what with one thing and another it was over six months before I got around to sanitizing and filling them. Only then to find that two had holes in them. So I dragged my feet for a couple of days in dread of being told that 6 months was past warranty, found my email receipt and sent off what I assumed to be a preliminary email to a long discussion. Next day got a response saying the replacement bricks were in the mail. So much less stress and hassle than I expected. They also, way back when I ordered, made sure to ship my order as soon as possible even though some of it wasnt in stock, and so necessitated two packages. They did well by me.

I have been buying from the Ready Store for almost two years now. They are very friendly and helpful when you call. Their prices are on the higher end, but they offer free shipping deals, coupons and gift cards. I sometimes wish they would just lower their prices and stop offering so many deals, coupons, rewards, and codes. My biggest complaint is that although the shipping is free, it takes a very long time. I am still waiting for an order I placed the middle of this month. Over two weeks to ship a few items is unacceptable. If they can figure out their shipping issue, I would rate them 4 stars and recommend them.

Placed an online order for over $1000 at the beginning of September that I have still not received. When I called customer service to inquire, they blamed a large increase in orders and basically said sorry but we cant do anything about it. My complaint is that they charged my card the day I placed my order and a month an a half later, I still have nothing for it. That, and the fact that they never emailed me or contacted me to explain the delay. I had to contact them and ask them what was happening. I cant understand how a company can have such poor communication and poor customer service and still be in business!

I bought an item, they delivered as usual. Then I found the same item at a cheaper price. I reported the price difference to the Ready Store and they IMMEDIATELY refunded the difference!!! I order Tsogo almost monthly. Best products, service and they teach about health and emergencies . Just got through Irma- they had us prepared ! Thanks to all! If you know anyone using ensure or Boost, try the Tsogo. It is healthy unlike commercial products. Great to use for smoothies or plain! Love everything they sell!

We have received several orders from the Ready Store.. We love the Saratoga Pilot Crackers, and the Volcano Stove is wonderful....We have used charcoal and our dutch oven for pork roast, used wood for hot dogs....the grill on the outside is just warm to the touch and cleans up quick.....it was great for our trip...
