I dislike giving negative reviews but some people beg for it; therefore, I must second the one that says the American Fork IFA has awful customer service. The manager that is an overweight 60 year old man is demeaning and rude without being provoked and some of the staff follows suit by being equally unhelpful. --------Beyond the worst retail experience I have ever had, I would rather deal with India customer service.---------- Come on IFA you should be able to hire quality managers in a down economy.-------I will be taking my business to Cal-Ranch which has better prices anyway or the Pleasant Grove IFA, they both have awesome staff and customer service.

IFA in American Fork is AMAZING! They are great to work with and they were very helpful with what I was looking for. Another thing I want to tell people that have reviewed this store, the store in P.G is NOT an IFA! They are just a dealer that carry some of the IFA products. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU! Even though they have the IFA logo on their sign, if you read close it shows dealer under it! I would highly recommend this store to anyone! They have a little of everything! And a great fertilizer program! :)

We came to IFA to get a weed killer that lasted longer then a month which is what we would get from weed killers at the hardware store. IFA had a vast selection of weed killers with names that meant nothing to me. feeling frustrated i asked a young employee if he knew what i should get. he asked a few questions and lead me directly to what he thought i needed, kill-zal Extended. We purchased it and it has destroyed the weeds in our yard/

My husband and I shop IFA all the time and the shop in American Fork is the worst example of customer service I have yet to encounter. Their prices are always posted wrong and they never go by the price tag, they always have some "magic" price listed in the system. Their face-to-face customer service certainly leaves something to be desired. We drive the extra half an hour to Draper (the BEST IFA) unless its an absolute emergency.

We like this store. I havent had a lot of problem with customer service like some of the other reviewers on here -- but then again, Im an anti-social introvert and dont really want a lot of help :). Theyre just fine by me, and have been helpful when Ive needed it. Their prices are good. Much better to buy gardening products here rather than -- say, home depot or Walmart.

Here at this store have a Great manager who has excellent customer service who helped us to resolved an important matter after we had a very unpleasant and scary experience at Rivertons store with Kody the manager. Headquarters have lack of customer service. Very unhappy with their interest in solving what happened. We used to spend thousands every year with them.

Love this store, but an age range of employees would be nice. Im sure its a great job for those just starting out, but at the same time if like to talk to someone thats knowledgeable and confident in their answers after theyre asked a question. Stemming off that, I also dont was th a b.s. answer because they dont know the real answer.

Thanks to IFA my husband has been able to transform our dandelion plagued rental home lawns into the envy of this start up home neighborhood. Passersby are always asking how we do it, and we tell them "IFA 4 steps!" This nice new location is convenient, always helpful and fully stocked.

We bought our first chicks today, and it was a great experience. The young man who helped us answered all of our questions and was extremely kind, polite, and knowledgeable. The prices were great, too. We will definitely be going back for all of our poultry needs.

I didnt know the other manager, but Tyler has always been super helpful. His calm, friendly demeanor makes it easy to work with him. ...and honestly, the employees have been great to work with also. I highly recommend the IFA American Fork store!
