I called in to ask about specific NECA horror movie toys and Tina picked up the phone. Just want to say that Ii have NEVER received such great customer service than I did from her! She not only was able to let me know if the toys I was looking for was in stock, but she brought them up to the phone and gave me detailed information about the toys that I wasnt even expecting such as EXACT detailed toy information, price range, and variety. I was VERY pleased to say the least, and will be coming in often to make many large purchases!! THANK YOU TINA for making my day!!! I am one happy customer!!

Have not been into the store here, but I called for assistance with locations something over the phone. I was told they wont help me look it up unless I have an item number. Also I was told if u didnt have the number, it would not be found in stores. How is a child type store going to ask for product numbers for items, tell you if you dont have that, they dont have your item but offer no additional help.... Wont try here again. I hope that all stores, including this one, remember that how you treat people on the phone is just as important in the store.

Stay away from this place. I purchased a three pack of iTunes cards and the clerk had a tough time getting it to process. Then finally it went through but when I tried to load it they failed. I went back in and the store manager told me that they couldnt help me. A normal store would provide the activation receipt along with the normal sales receipt but they didnt do that so Im having to eat the loss. Very sad when two very large companies take advantage of a consumer. Dont buy from here, go to somewhere that stands behind their sales.

AWFUL costumer service! Worst part? Is the "managers" unwillingness to help thats really sickening....The lady has evidently no customer service experience, and no managerial skills. She treated my (very simple) request with an irritating "no cant do" attitude, and when i offered alternatives/solutions, she kept saying "they didnt do that at her store"...I really hope upper-management takes a closer look at this store. Two-thumbs down!

Horrible customer service. Everyone there is in haze and dont now what the hell is going on. We asked if they had a certain toy and then the lady asked the manager only to have him shake his head. The lady even went as far to say that he knows everything in the store yet we found it in the 6th Isle toward the back.

Clean. Competent staff. The recent renovation includes a large "Restrooms" sign above an aisle, where it should be - was hard to find before. There was a rainbow loom bracelet table/class last year when that was really big here. Much better selection than WalMart.

There are so many freaking toys in here Id recommend knowing what youre looking for before walking in. If you dont know no worries. The staff in here is very helpful.

Yuck smells like feet! I asked one of the employees where the star wars toys were he told me oh there on the side youll find them and walked off. Rude.
