The manager there has no respect or value for their customers. I have always loved Jo-Anns but today was my last day shopping there. I understand every company has policies and procedures to follow - I respect that. However, when you have a customer who is coming to return a product that was damaged, that did not work, that you sold her, but because she doesnt have her receipt you only refund her the lowest amount (50% off) because of past sales on the product even though the product is still on sale at 40% and she has proof on her bank statement she was just there yesterday and how much I truly spent on the DAMAGED product. Its ridiculous to me that there is no trust. Id rather spend my time and money elsewhere with a company who values their customers and takes all things into consideration than following a hard and fast line of the most common policy-returns. Sometimes I have a hard time locating things in the store and the checkout line is always slow. It seems like sometimes the staff doesnt look out for your best interest by making sure you found what you needed, be knowledgeable about the products, and help you get discounts when they are available.

Great prices but the few times Ive been in they dont have what I am looking for and hobby lobby other Michaels does. Its also not a fun experience walking around the store forever trying to find something you have no idea where it would be located haha. Friendly staff tho.
