I had a very confusing and disappointing experience here. Johnny Dallas initially appeared nice and knowledgeable when showing us the car. He appeared to go out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Initially we had a very positive experience and decided to buy the car we test drove. Then we started the paperwork things started to go down hill. Rather then showing us multiple options for financing he immediately came over with a payment amount. The payment initially looked right with an amount of $130/mo for a car that cost $8995 with $1000 down. But then...hes like no $130 is a bi-weekly payment. I am like $260/month? Hes like yeah. I am like how does that work out the car is only $8995. Hes like well we are still trying to get financing for you, but after all of the fees it works out to be $260/month. My boyfriend and I sat there talking about it and we couldnt figure out how that all worked out. Johnny is like, I will explain all the fees to you before you sign the papers. He comes back and is like I dont think we can finish this sale today, it will have to be tomorrow cause the banks are taking to long and we are going to close. He is like but we can hold it for you with your $1000. I was like so if we change our mind tomorrow, we can get a refund. Hes like no that would be non-refundable. Hes like I have another guy coming to look at this tomorrow morning so if you want us to hold it wed have to cash that $1000. We still werent sure, but we wanted and needed this car. So out of fear of loosing it to someone else, we decided to go ahead with it. All the sudden they are like okay we can complete the sale today. So we are like okay cool. The finance lady gives me a receipt for the $1000. They still never told us who is financing us, they never discussed our options, and never discussed the length of the loan. Sitting in limbo with $1000 in savings gone..finally this guy comes over wearing casual street clothes. He doesnt introduce himself and complains about having to be called into complete the deal tonight. Hes got a bunch of papers for me to sign. Rather then going over them, he just rushes though and barely gives any information. He seemed very reluctant to answer my questions, he seemed less than interested and like he was put out for having to come in. He told us the bank who was financing us but no other details. He made us sign a print out ad for the car with the sale price of $8995. They never told us the final sale price of the car, or the length of the loan. He spoke super fast and pushed those papers at me so quickly... there was a point were I felt like I didnt really know what I was signing...but this was my first time buying a car so I thought okay this must be how it is. I read through the papers the next day...We bought our $8995 car for $14900 with dealership fees. They then taxed that amount and financed it...after 72 months we will have paid $19,900 for a car that originally cost $8995. I feel like we overpaid greatly on this car! This experience started out great but progressed into confusion, regret and disappointment. This was my first time buying a car, and I feel very taken advantage of. If this dealership hopes to improve they need to be more upfront about things. Take the time to explain things. I like the car and I hope it turns out to be long lasting. What I learned from this is dont feel rushed to buy a car, even if you love it, if something doesnt sound right back out!

Im not expressed with the service I received from Johnny. I saw a car on-line that my college age daughter is interested in so I called and Johnny was the person who helped me over the phone. I explained to Johnny that I was calling from out of state but my daughter was residing there in Ohio. I asked if we could do my portion of the application via email or fax since I would be co-signing for my daughter however my daughter would be there in person for her portion of the application. Understandably due to privacy reasons and the need to verify my identity, they could not accomplish my portion of the application without me being there. I asked Johnny if I could finance the car through my bank here in Florida using my credit info only but I was told they didnt deal with out of state banks. Johnny then told me that if my daughter came up there he would give her the best options available for financing. My daughter didnt have any credit so thats why I was co-signing for the car. Well, my daughter drove 1.5 hrs and when she arrived there she was given minimum customer service. Johnny spent a quick second trying to find a company to give her credit. Johnny quickly told her he couldnt do anything for her and said he had an appt and for her to come back. My daughter didnt even receive adequate customer service and wasnt allowed to test drive the car. When she asked to look at the car, he just pointed her in the direction of the car. She couldnt find the car on the lot so she left because she had to go to work. Frustrated by the service, we decided to get the car financed through my daughters local credit union which provided her a pre-approval letter for the car. When I called back to speak with Johnny about scheduling my daughter to come back and look/drive the car because she was pre-approved for the loan, Johnny then informs me that they cant accept the check from her credit union because they dont have an agreement with this credit union. When I spoke to him the first time, the stipulation was that they didnt deal with out of state banks. My daughters credit union is well known throughout Ohio and is local so I couldnt imagine why it would be so difficult to make a phone call to verify all the information. Johnny wasted our time throughout this whole process. I called to speak with Dan who is the manage...lets see if I receive a return phone call. Busk Chevrolet has to make things so difficult, Johnnys communication is lacking, and overall my daughter wasnt provided the service any customer deserves. Stay clear of this place and find yourself a dealership that really cares about you as a customer and is honest!!!!

I recently went to Buck Chevrolet to look at their used Chevy Cruze collection and the cars and service from Jenni were both awful. Every Cruze I looked at seemed like it was not taken car of whatsoever which was very disappointing because my dad and I drove an hour and a half to get to this place. Jenni told us it was because of the price range but I ending up getting a Chevy Cruze from Sweeny Chevorlet in Boardman OH for the same price in perfect condition and it came with a 12 month full warranty. In addition to terrible quality cars Jenni went beyond being not helpful at all to being the worst cars salesperson I have ever dealt with in my life. We went all the way to Buck Chevrolet twice because we werent certain about the cars the first time but we decided to give it a second chance because two of the cars we really wanted to see werent on the floor yet. But one of the first off-putting things was that one of the cars we looked at the first time was raised in price by $1,000 (the only car we drove was the only one that changed in price). Then when we asked if it would even be possible to get the car for the price we originally saw she had a complete tantrum and tried to get into an altercation with my dad but we walked away before she caused too mush of a seen and she ending up running into the store like a child. To add, some other sketchy things about this place are that they do not give you a car fax report (they say they have their own vehicle history report but we were never offered to see one, which is completely different to most other dealerships who will even post them on their website through the actual company of car fax or will at least hand them to you as soon as you say your interest in a car), they refuse to even discuss prices at all, and they had to call my insurance company for me to even be able to test drive a car right down the road. I hope anyone that is looking into the used Cruze collection takes my experience to heart and just goes somewhere else because this was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life and I have no doubt in my mind that not buying a car from here was one of the best decisions I could have made because the experience I had at every other dealership I went to even if I did not by a car from there was incomparably better than this place.
