Worst experience!!!! Save your money!! Do not buy a car from here!!! I brought my car (a Certified pretty owned 2015 Chrysler 200 ) in December 2015. My car has been shutting off on me on a regular basis for 10months straight. I have taken my car back several times to ask them to fix it for 10 months!!!! They still havent fixed it and they just give it back to me everytime that I take it in. They falsified documents pertaining to the case, which I had to open with Chrysler after 7months of hassle. This place hustles people out of their money and they dont take ownership or offer any help. At this point they have breached my warranty and I will be seeing them in court. Its sad that it had to get to this point. But long story short, DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR WARRANTY!!!!!

My sales person (Nick Zaucha) was great. Was very upfront and honest as to what he could and could not do for me. I had a sticky situation with the car I had, and him and his team of very professional, very helpful guys helped me out greatly. I went in there with my head down, and came out with my head high. The owner (Evan) was also a part of my easy transition to a new vehicle. The service team is amazing too. The whole process of getting out of a horrible car and into a new one was the easiest thing with this dealership. Ive had my fair share of cars in the last 5-7 years, and this by far was the easiest (about 2 and half hours total), and nicest dealership I have ever dealt with. Thanks guys..and gals..

I am being taken advantage off by owner Evan. Upon returning a vehicle at the end of my lease, I am being presented with false charges for nonexistent "damages". Evan sends me imaginary "bulk" charges and is hiding itemized bill, because he knows that i have witnesses of the car being returned in perfect condition. Very poor business management!!! Give yourself a favor and go find more honest car dealership. And take pictures of your car before and after and during your lease - to be prepared to protect yourself.

No star!!!! I called on behalf of a client, was placed on hold for over ten minutes, Scott picked up the line, allowed me to say five words and ended our call!! I then called again and was placed on hold again for over ten minutes, only for BOB the sales manager to get on the line, he refused to address that Scott ended the call and was rather rude himself!

Ken Irons (Salesman) was very helpful in our purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle. We had a small issue with one of the accessories and he took care of it right away, no questions asked. They were honest, upfront and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle when the time comes! Great job!
