This is a very untrustworthy dealership. I bought a car sight unseen and and had it shipped to me trusting that the condition they described was honest and accurate, and it was far from that. There were several cosmetic flaws which I can live with, however twice since purchasing the car a month ago has it been unable to be driven and in need of mechanical repair. They listed the car as having "very good tires." I dont know how to describe that statement except for being an outright lie. The tires all had less than 20% of their tread and 2 didnt even hold air from being patched/plugged prior. This left me stranded with a flat and without the necessary security lug wrench I had to be towed home. The headlight bulbs also burnt out the day I got the car. There is a chance they were unaware of this, but HID bulbs fade before they die and they should have know this. They also listed the car as having brakes that are in "great condition." That was another lie. Upon replacing tires I checked the brakes on the rears had pads that were worn almost to the metal and one caliper was seized. I am by no means a picky person and I did not expect perfection, but their dishonesty was incredibly disappointing. It took weeks for them to even respond to me when addressing these concerns and they were unwilling to make these issues right. My advice would be to definitely not trust any of their vehicle descriptions and to do a thorough inspection of any vehicle they have you are considering purchasing. If you are not mechanical, bring a mechanic with. I dont know how else to describe this dealership except as dishonest. I have attached photos of their description along with the flat tire and worn rear brake pads.

My fiance and I purchased a 2005 Ford Escape from these guys back in January. If I had to describe the experience in one word, it would be amazing, all the way from the beginning to the end! We primarily worked with Stefan, and he was wonderful! He told us he was fairly new, but you could barely tell. Patient, friendly, and super not pushy, he made the not so fun experience of buying a vehicle a pleasure. We also worked with Milan during the closing, and he was also great! Very helpful in showing Stefan the ropes, and assisting him in the complicated closing process. My fiance did a ton of research, and this was only the second car we test drove because we were so impressed by not only the vehicle itself, but also the guys here at Macro, that we decided to make the purchase without pursuing the other options, as we did not want to pass this deal up! We have had the vehicle now for almost 4 months, and it has been running great, even in this epic New England winter (we currently live in Boston, but are relocating soon). We will be in the market for another vehicle soon, and will definitely go back to Stefan & Milan at Macro. Thank you guys!

Recently bought a Volvo S60 from them and was super impressed with how easy and straightforward the whole process was. As soon as I bought the car, I took it to the dealers service department for a once-over, and they found it was in great condition for its age, and didnt believe me when I told them how little I paid for it. Less than $1K in maintenance later, and this thing is good as new. Theres plenty of dealers like this that will push you to buy a car or setup shoddy financing, but Stefan was totally cool with just giving me the CarFax, letting me test drive, inspect the car, and come to my own conclusions. This is definitely not a dealership for people who dont know the basics of working on cars, and youd have to be out of your mind to buy a car without test driving it, but if you know what youre looking for, youll get a great deal here. Ive done just over 2K miles since purchasing the car, and will update this review if anything changes.

I bought a car( 2006 stratus) from these guys,and not even a month later it started falling apart.. bad water pump, and ,needed tune up, tires ,tie rods ,ball joints, faulty paint touch ups, bumper barely on ect... The guy started a diesel truck right next to the car so we wouldnt smell the coolant leaking ..Just the overpowering smell of the diesel truck..They seemed honest when my wife and i first arrived even tho they posted under owner on craigslist instead of dealer so we where a little surprised at first..He said its due to craigslist charging for dealers to post .. We have called a few times like they asked us to and still no reply , no help on the repairs at all!! So all who shop here beware !!

Purchased a 2007 yukon,was told it had no leaks an doesnt have air suspension,on way home all dash lights came on an off every couple min i took it straight to mechanic an he gave me a list of 8 problems including air suspension bags had holes an power steering leak!! I wud have had to spend upwards of 6,000 to repair everthin!! I called macrcar couple times an went back to talk in person they refused to even give me a dime back to make things a lil better!!even after i gave them the mechanics list !! Very unprofessional an they dont care about their customers one bit!!please dont go here for your next vehicle they will rip you off! !!

Sold me a 2004 Subaru Forester with a PLEATHORA of problems. Two bad wheel bearings, cracked timing belt cover, and to top it off a blown head gasket. If you value your hard earned money I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. Its likely youll be sold a vehicle with problems.
