RUN!! Stay AWAY from this place! I bought a vehicle from them on Tuesday, drove a mile off the lot & instantly had issues!! They told me they would fix it & have it ready for me the next day. The next afternoon when Im on my way to pick up my vehicle they tell me they ordered a used part which was out of stock but will now order a "new" part and have it ready for me the following day. 2 days after the deal, here I go again to pick up that vehicle only this time to break down about 8 miles away from the lot!! The car just completely turned off at the light! After waiting two hours they finally showed up. Only to get me back to the lot and try to get me into another LEMON!! I test drove that 2nd car, the A/C was not even working but he told me they would check that out. Their customer service is by far the worst!!! Definitely the worst car buying experience of my life!! WORST!! Stay away from this place!!

Everyone has their own personal experience when it comes to buying a car. Its not an easy task making sure you made a smart decision. After carefully considering many dealerships when purchasing my car, I decided to stay with Facil Deal. I felt at ease and comfortable with the staff there. Nicky and Eddie were very understanding and I didnt feel pressured to make any decision or cheated out when I purchased the Acura TSX. Any issues the car had they did their best to fix it.

I bought a car from Facil Deal Auto Center in February. I have financed at least four different cars and have worked with many dealerships. Facil is family owned & operated and they clean cars. I ran into a small issue a day or two after my purchase but hey corrected it quickly and even upped the warranty as an act of good faith. Great guys and great service! I would definitely recommend buying from them and will certainly buy my next car from them.

Scam Artists. Edy and his partner. All these reviews are fake from their own people (little Puerto Rico aka kissimmee). Cars do look nice and clean, but ALL, 100%, of them have hidden problems. Every single car on this lot has hidden issue with transmission or engine. Dont be tricked/fooled from the look of the vehicle. Take it to a certified mechanic or at least take a "LONG" test drive. Fraud. Stay away.

I had nothing but a GREAT experience with Facildeal everyone has to remember when you are buying a used car remember its used you cant expect something brand new. Yes you may experience a problem with your car and they are more then willing to help you and fix the problem or any issues that you may have. I will Definitely be buying my Next car from Facildeal.
