I bought a certified pre-owned 2012 Volvo S 60 from Leiken Motors . David Widrich was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had arrived late and he patiently explained the features of the multiple S 60s on the lot. He also steered us away from another car which was involved in an accident ( though minor). The car drove very well on the test drive ( on the streets). I think we got a good price for the car. After taking the car home I realized that there was significant vibration of the steering wheel and the brakes were pulsating when applying brakes at about 40 mph. I was quite disappointed that the rotors were already worn out and this being a used car I would have no recourse, but after I contacted David he responded promptly and arranged a pick up from my work place and gave a courtesy car in place. They service center replaced the front brakes and rotors at no charge and they have a very happy customer.

I spent the last few years driving a gorgeous blue Mercedes - I loved that car and the outstanding support I received from Matt Morris and the Leikin Mercedes dealership, but my kids are driving a Volvo now and theyre very pleased with the car, so I decided to try a Volvo myself. I called Matt for his assistance with the transfer from one car to the other, and it went seamlessly. I had some very specific requests about the transaction, all of which Matt fulfilled and then he introduced me to Jordan Dengel of Leikin Volvo of Willoughby. Steve Ours and Ken Counselman are amazing. Ive had two Volvos from Leiken. Ken actually met me at a coffee shop with the paperwork to close the sale once b/c we ran out of time and I had to get home to my kids. When I turned in my last Volvo at lease-end, Volvo finance and one other Cleveland dealer gave me the run-around about turning it in through some systematic process. I was leaving town for a month so Leiken helped me turn it in before I left. These guys are a class act. Nice, low pressure, down to earth. Just a very good natured bunch who understand the importance of long term relationships. I didnt get a Volvo this time around b/c were downsizing, but I highly recommend them, their vehicles, their willingness to cut fair deals, and their service. Great job guys!!!

Dave has a professional and no pressure approach to car sales. Answered all my questions, helped arraign financing and immediately answered my call (question) after my purchase. I highly recommend Dave as a honest and caring individual in a world often populated by "SHARKS" seeking only to make a sale. Big turn off; fake smile, pushy sales people and in a hurry. My husband and I really cant say enough good things about Leiken. Weve purchased a CPO Mercedes and leased a new Volvo from them. Both experiences were flawless. Jordan Dengal from Leiken spoke to us at the otherwise completely impersonal Auto Show in April, and kept in touch with me all the way through August when I was ready to lease a new car. His product knowledge is top-notch, and I truly appreciated his availability via email (SO very important to me). I had an incredible buyers experience when dealing with Volvo sales rep Jordan! The dealership did not have the model I wanted in stock, but Jordan was able to secure it from an online auction without even physically seeing it. I loved the car he had brought in to show me, and of course Im driving it today. His wealth of experience in driving and selling the Volvo brand is unrivaled. To this day he lets me call and pick his brain about small things I cannot figure out in my own car. I would absolutely recommend dealing with Jordan, and this dealership in general, if youre in the market for a new or (ESPECIALLY) a used Volvo vehicle.
