OK, first off, This dealership runs like no other. Customer service is so detail and professional and personable. Charlie, who runs the dealership is one of the most unique people in Auto sales. He is so anal retentive about customer satisfaction in everything from getting you the best loan to making sure you are in the right car and will even talk you out of a more expensive car where he would stand to make more money. Which is why he has so much return business and thats what he wants, for everyone to leave there feeling like they will come back and tell others about how good they are treated. And it trickles down to everyone who works there. No other dealership that sells high end quality luxury vehicles at the best price can match the over all experience and satisfaction. Ive since recommended several people including my own family who have been ripped off by comparison in the deal I got. I will always buy future vehicles on from Jeepster and Charlie and his staff. Great people with a bar none top flight over all product. Best vehicles at the best price and customer experience that goes beyond just driving it off the lot....

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I came in knowing the type of car I wanted and Charles set me up with everything I needed. He and all of the staff here are extremely helpful and welcoming. They make sure you have everything you need and are looking for. They have also helped me find upgrades that I wanted. He takes care of you with servicing the vehicle after you purchase it as well. The best place to purchase a vehicle you know you will be taken care of even after you purchase. They are not pushy sales people. They gave me the keys and said play with the car. If I had questions he easily answered them. It was not a long drawn out process like most dealerships. I will always recommend this company and there vehicles. As a side note, he knows insurance agents who can assist you as well and beat your current rates!

As a first time buyer I didnt really know what to expect from a dealership. When I came to Jeepster Auto Sales the comforting atmosphere really made a big difference. Charlie already had everything ready for me. Even though you just meet him it still feels like he cares for you as an individual. Working with Charlie Cha, the director of sales and finance at Jeepster Auto Sales, was very comfortable and easy. This was my first car purchase that I fully sought out, made a down payment, and financed on my own. After I took a GTI for a test drive, Charlie left me alone to inspect every inch and feature of the car. He wasnt hovering over me and rushing the sale. He was super friendly and patient And once I did come to a decision on my own, the financial process and paperwork was easy. We came to a quick, mutually-understanding agreement and proceeded with the paperwork. And before I knew it, I was driving off in my new GTI and very happy with the entire experience. Charlie is awesome. I just bought a 2012 Audi S4 from him. I got a fair price, and the car looked great when I picked it up. I came up from San Diego, and he recommended I take the train, then he picked me up at the train station and brought me to the dealership. Just way above and beyond. The feeling was low pressure. Im a "leave me alone and let me look around" kind of guy. I told Charlie I was going to look around the car and be back in a few. Most people just sit there and hover, but he just left me alone to do my thing. Awesome cars on the lot, too. They have a Porsche 911 Turbo I was drooling over. Definitely not your typical used car lot. Ill be sending my friends and family up there. -Ryan

I am sorry that the folks below feel that they had an unpleasant experience. My experience was the complete contrary. Charlie and John are the kindest fellows in the Orange County area! They took real good care of me - and as I just moved to LA recently, the loan process was not entirely simple so Charlie went above and beyond to make sure I got approved - mind you, this is a used 02 Maxima Im referring to - so Im sure he had bigger fish to fry. Took care of me like family. These people are straight shooters, and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their first or follow-up vehicle. Thank you for taking me out of the "not having a vehicle in California" misery, gentlemen! :)

I was debating buying from a dealer or buying private and went shopping to check out a Volkswagen wagon which I ended up buying. Charlie was a big help, and didnt push me. Very easy, all the paper work was easy and Charlie helped me to understand it. The people in the office are very friendly and were helpful in solidifying my decision to purchase the car. The car is great, I am very happy with my purchase, and I would most definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. It is MUCH better and the people are way nicer than some of the other scummy dealerships in the area. They were all very happy to help me which made for a pleasant buying experience.

So fortunate to have found this dealership! After a long day of car shopping, we stopped here last and ended up driving away in a car an hour later. Such wonderful sales staff, it really didnt feel like a pressure-filled, buyer beware type of experience. They get customer service; we felt taken care of and informed throughout the entire process. I bought a Mercedes C350 SS from Charile Cha in May of 2015. I found such a great deal and Charlie although he didnt budge on his price did however offer me a better extended warranty than the bank did. I was able to negotiate a free oil change out of it. So, I did save some money. After I test drove it I knew I wanted this car, Charlie was very personable and made the purchase smooth. I was very satisfied when I drove it off the lot.
