Wow, where do I begin. I came here late wednesday after being thrown tugged around at their sister store in carson over a Used BMW. I shared with sales guy that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle however i did NOT want to go through the whole sales cycle. I drove over an hour to get there and unfortunately, he took me through that and some. Dave, the Used Car manager and Casey were the main ones who helped me. Casey was actually a pleasant gentlemen but given what I know about car sales and most salesman, you cannot be easily swayed by a smiling face. So, TRUST NO ONE. Anyway, after pointing out several issues with the car cosmetically (Missing pieces, bumper seeming to be displaced, lights not working etc), Dave gave me a rebuttal for every reason why they couldnt and wouldnt budge in price or give me more for my trade. We ultimately came to a deal even though i was unhappy with the payment. Honestly, i was just tired of all the back and forth about how he couldnt go any lower blah blah blah so i said to myself, ive been through all of this might as well buy it. As Bryan was printing up the paperwork, I happened to say a quick prayer(asking God to give me a sign if i was making the wrong decision) and to my surprise, I asked to start the car up and guess what? IT WOULDNT START!. Dave "King Salesman/Bullshitter" naturally gave me the sales reason "the car has been sitting" we will jump it off". Mind you Casey told me that he had recently took the car in on trade and it was a HOT vehicle (meaning people had been test driving it daily) additionally, it had been driven down to carson the previous day. After taking notice to that, red flags shot up. Luckily this was before i signed anything. I told them my issue, Dave was persistent on making this deal happen regardless of my concerns. His thing was , he had spent time on this deal so he deserves to get credit. I told Dave about my discomfort and Dave began to yell at me saying " We all have lives, we cant be here all day!" he said this while i was on the phone with my sister asking her advice on the situation. When i told him that he was being disrespectful while i was on the phone he sarcastically said "Youve been on the phone since you got here". I was completely turned off on how he was acting and to be quite frank i was utterly disgusted.After yelling at me about how much of HIS time i wasted, he said "Look, if the car doesnt start again, you can go home, but if it does lets make a deal" . He asked me to start it but by this time i was completely done with this man and this dealership so i asked Nacho (the service worker/runner) to start it just to shut Dave up. Thankfully, the car DID NOT START!. Atleast it shut Dave up and i was free from this hell hole! Im leaving alot of details out of course but if I were you.... i would NOT come here. I have all intentions of leaving a review on every site I can to keep potential buyers away from this place and its crafty, sneaky salesmen. If anyone who is smart can read this review, Go ELSEWHERE. These salesman are pushy, overtalkers, and thirsty for deals. And will sell you the moon, the sun and the stars if it will get you to sign on the dotted line. Its unfortunate mainly because they had a great opportunity to make a positive impression on me, because i really did want the car, and had been through hell to get it. Clearly it was not meant to be. Good Luck! If you come here you will certainly need it!

MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR LICENSE BACK!! Beyond terrible experience! I went to Car Pros Kia in search of a new vehicle and expressed my interest in possibly a new Soul or may be interested in a Sportage. Khazi (sp?) went straight for the expensive Sportage and we went for a test drive. The only thing he did the entire time was try to connect my phone to the Blue Tooth which he couldnt accomplish. Upon getting out he led me to another one and tried to connect my phone again! I explained again that it did not matter, and that Im sure we could work it out if I purchased it, but it was out of my price range. I understand that he was trying to get me to see "ownership" with the phone and vehicle, but I DID NOT CARE and kept reitterating that fact. He kept going and going and going! In the end I left and the next morning when I was going to another appointment realized that he had not returned my license. I called and called and their phone system wasnt working, and it just kept disconnecting me. I called again later and they said hed call me back, which he never did. I went to the store and he did try to open the vehicles and let me look for my license but was talking to other customers so did not help. Another Salesman said, "It was in his pocket". Called back later after going home and checking the rental car again and again and spoke with Pepe the Manager on duty who said hed call me back by 7:30pm. No call back, have left messages and no return call. Hold on to your license! Make sure to get it back and say you dont have a cell phone unless your "Hot Button" is the blue tooth! It wasnt mine and now had to go to DMV and get a new license. Khazi did not build rapport, care about what was truly important to me and just wanted to get me on a vehicle at a high price without regards to my needs or wants. grrrrr!! Dont do it and if you do, make sure your license is back in your possession when you leave! I had to buy a vehicle because of an accident and went to many Dealerships... This was truly the worst experience ever!!! Ive never written a negative report about any business, am pretty easy going, this was just beyond terrible! A couple of Salesguys seemed nice when I came back to look for my license, and I wish they would have been my Salesperson from the initial contact, Pepe nor any other manager has ever returned my call.... I went from the dealership straight home that evening.. I have looked everywhere. I am sure he kept my license and was upset because I left.

I was being treated like an idiot by Alex in service dept and he is definitely racist against me. I got 2017 Sportage that makes noise coming from the rear. I bought the car in October. Thats for 1 issue that is really matter to me. Nobody knows how to solve the noise issue, not even this technician manager in there. Let me start off by saying this. Dont promise a customer and say itd take 3 hours top to fix a problem like mine. I went to the dealer at least 4 times already, for what? To fix the noise problem, brake rotor noise problem, and the gasoline filter, i assume. I had to contact KIA HQ customer service in Irvine about this, so DO NOT GET UPSET with me, Alex. I simply told them about the car problems. I am very glad i i did anyway. You made me wait in the waiting room for nothing for 4-5 hours in a day. On Monday, you were on the phone, we were on 3 line conversation with Hector from KIA HQ. You told me to show up on Wednesday, and you said youd provide me a rental/loan car on that day. But no, you lied. So i waited again in the waiting for 2 hours, and on that day, you made me go test drive my own car again and describe the problems again to your other technician. Whats wrong? Nobody communicates in the office or what, you are telling me i had to repeat myself. You are aware of why i am in there, in the service dept. You got my case #. You should be able to look it up in your computer. So i played along with your mind game, and you sent me home after almost 2 hours in there waiting. Nothing gets done. So i had to come back again for 5th time on Friday 05/05/2017. And this is the shittiest day of my life. Originally you quoted me $119.99 for the brake problem back in a month ago, i declined of course, knowing why i had to pay for it, when its under warranty. So suddenly you gave me a new quote, for $ 520. WoW. You are good at scamming people. But guess what, your coworker named Yobert jumped in and said, you shouldnt charge me anything at all, because my car is a new, and its under warranty. You couldnt say a word after Yobert interrupted you. And then you offer me if i wanted to do it now, i said no of course. You pissed off a customer already. And for the gas filter, was it really replaced or i was being fooled? I still can not refill the gas until it reaches F line. And last thing, i asked for oil change, provided i have my own oil. I gave you guys 8 quarts, i came home with 4 quarts. Just be honest, who messed up and mix the oil?
