I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I have never received the extraordinary experience that I did in working with Auto World. In the process, I had the pleasure of working with Ivan (Sales), Moe (Finance) and the owner Mostafa. From my first call with Ivan, a buying process I have never personally experienced began to unfold. When I arrived at Auto World, the vehicle I had talked about with Ivan was waiting for me to step in and demo "on my own". Ivan told me to drive the car and away I went. The norm is for the sales person to accompany the customer on the demo. This demonstrated trust and honor for me as a customer. Mostafa (the owner) personally inspected my trade in and offered me a fair price. He explained how he arrived at his decision and taught/showed me things about my car that were not explained to me when I originally purchased it at a large Mopar dealership. He was patient, thorough and compassionate. Moe (Finance) was equally patient with me in determining exact down payment and deal flow items, like payment, term, warranty etc. To this point, I was more than impressed, never once feeling like I was "being sold". Where this team really earned its stripes, was when I "got cold feet" and returned the vehicle. Where they could have simply told me "the deal was done and live with it", they didnt. Instead, they completely and compassionately understood my concerns and worked with me on returning their car. This is not only admirable, buy inspiring and in my experience having previously sold cars professionally, highly uncommon. We have all heard “war stories" about the purchase of the car where the dealer doesnt come out of the story alive. These people are the most honorable, easiest men I have ever transacted with, and as mentioned early on, I have purchased a fair number of cars over my years driving. Based on the foregoing...who wouldnt want to purchase a vehicle from Auto World?

I would highly recommend anyone to check out this dealership! Great cars, great staff. Wed been looking for the right truck for a while now and we even had what we thought was the perfect truck lined up to buy at another dealership (name brand Chevy) before they sold it out from under us as we were driving in to sign papers. We were extremely frustrated as there was just nothing else for sale in the high desert that matched that truck (little did we know this was the best thing that could have happened). We were KBB checking another truck when we saw an ad / listing for a truck at Auto World. Searching their site we found a lot of great looking, lower mileage vehicles. Next day we took the worth while hour and a half trip to see their lot and we were not disappointed! Its obvious they very carefully choose which vehicles they bring onto their lot. We actually didnt buy the truck we originally went down to see because they had another clean / low mileage truck I didnt see listed online that just worked better for our needs. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We never felt like they were pushing us for a sale, they just answered our questions and happily showed us any vehicle that we were interested in, as well as recommending others that might fit our needs. Purchasing the truck was a breeze, we were expecting potential headaches from purchases in the past but that wasnt the case here. Everyone there was knowledgeable on the process and it was smooth sailing. They got me a great lender with lower interest rates than I was expecting as I had no credit (granted I have a good co-signer). It seemed like as soon as the process started it was already over. The truck was out front, clean, filled up, and we were ready to go. Seriously just a fantastic experience! Again, I recommend anyone in the market to check out the cars and staff at Auto World.

I went here looking for a conversion van to use as a camper vehicle. They have one listed for 15,000. I felt like this was was over priced but that maybe I could talk them down a bit. I talked them down to 12,500. I used USAA for my loan. They have a policy of not loaning more than 120% of the vehicles worth. So when Auto World tried to get the loan they got denied and then told me I would have to put down 5,500 for the car! I told them that wasnt going to work. especially since USAA is my insurance company and would only pay the worth of the car if I were to wreck it. I would be out that 5,500 dollars. Auto World even suggested I buy gap insurance! I told them that it was crazy to think that I would pay so much when I was just told the worth of the car was only around 6,000. I walked out of that dealership feeling incredibly slimy. I also pointed out that the tires were pretty low and asked if they would be able to fill them up before I left. They said no, thats how vans are supposed to sit because theyre so heavy! Seriously?! Larger dealerships will wash the car, fill up the tank, and make sure its good to go. You wont get such service here. They were very nice for the most part though. Tasha especially. But in the end, I learned to never visit one of these small dealerships again. You will get ripped off.

I recently purchased a 2003 BMW from AutoWorld. I purchased the car site unseen based on the representation made by Mostafa, the owner. I flew into LAX and was greeted and driven to the dealership via an associate of Mostafa, (which was much appreciated). The car was “better than” represented and in “perfect condition”. Mostafa had gone through the car in “detail” to make sure all the systems were operational. Before I even inspected the car he had installed 4 new brakes, tires and balanced it so it was safe and ready for road. I left his lot and drove the car 2,000 miles to our home in Washington State and the car performed perfectly. I have purchased 2 other cars via online, site unseen but none were represented as well as Mostafa and AutoWorld. If asked if I would buy another car from AutoWorld , “answer” in a heartbeat!

Ivan is the rudest guy ever, all he wanted to do was sell us the truck. We told him there some minor problems and spoken to Joseph and everything was going good until we went to test drive the truck. They promise us that were going to fix it and give us a call back. Didnt happen and a week later we called them Ivan said they werent fixing nothing on the truck and selling it as is. Very rude, disrepectful and I will not do anything kind of business with them at all. Im glad I took my time to purchase the truck instead of buying right away

Called in for info on a truck I wanted to buy to ship to Hawaii and the sales guy was giving me attitude and didnt want to talk to me or answer my questions. Then I emailed them hoping to get ahold of someone else because I wanted to buy a truck from them and whoever responded didnt want to send me a few pictures? I was ready to buy it flat out "cash in hand" and these morons didnt want to put any effort into making it happen. If the customer service is this bad I take it as a sign to the quality of the merchandise as well.
