My experience with purchasing a used vehicle from Enterprise was fantastic! I spoke with Jorge via e-mail and phone many times, I went in to the sales office twice and then decided I wanted to wait a little longer before buying. Jorge never once put any pressure on me to make a purchase. Four months later when I was ready, he was more than willing to help me out, again. He found the car I wanted and had it brought to his sales office the next day. The day I went in to purchase the car I worked with Bernard who was also wonderful to work with. They have a seven day return policy so I was able to bring the car to my personal mechanic for his stamp of approval and he said that it was in great shape and I did get a very good used vehicle. I would recommend this sales office and I will use them again in the future.

Mike and the entire team were so helpful in finding me the perfect car! My aunt recommended me to this location after she traded her car in for a newer Jeep. I traded my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for a Volkswagen Jetta, and I LOVE it!!! During the process of getting the car transferred to their lot, they went out other way to bring in two additional cars.... Same make/model I wanted, within my budget, just so that I could look at them and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for! I HIGHLY recommended coming in here if you are even thinking about getting another car! Prices are awesome, the dont try to sell you on things you dont need, or sell you something for more than its even worth. All based off KBB prices! You will not regret coming in to this location!!!

Had a great experience!! Gotta say I am completely satisfied! I wanted to deal with HB but found the car in Orange. Spoke to LT first and set up an appointment to test drive a Chevy Malibu on the lot in HB. I got a follow up call from LT telling me he had brought the car I wanted from Orange to HB!! I was thrilled. Met Drew the day of the test drive who took me to Orange to test drive a different Malibu that I was more interested in. On top of all that, Matt took care of the entire loan process for me, contacting my bank for me. Bottom line, I love my car, again completely satisfied and felt well taken care of by LT, Drew and Matt at HB Enterprise sales!!! Thank you Enterprise!!

Drew Balmer was my car sales agent at Enterprise Car Sales, in Huntington Beach. He found the car I wanted, the color I wanted and in the end they even held my personal check for a week or so before depositing so that I could try the car out before making the big decision. Very cool people, easy-going atmosphere. All of the sales personnel are college graduates and this made me feel more at ease when discussing my car purchase. I will be sending my sister over very soon to this facility :-).

I rent here almost every month and have found this place to be the best in the area. The customer service is excellent and the cars, which are available are clean and in great condition. Although everyone here is really friendly, Jimmy who is the manager and Alan who is usually always available to pick you up and take you back home are two people who I have found to have always given me personal service and that special attention that is always lacking at other car rental companies.

The team of people who work here are always so nice, calm, professional and really helpful. I have rented A LOT of cars in the last two years (mostly from here) and I have never had a bad customer service experience here. The cars are always clean and well maintained, and it is not difficult to get a ride to or from here.

My mechanic couldnt get the parts same day. My car was to new? Dealer didnt have the parts. They had to be shipped in. Used the online app to reserve a car. Good thing I did. They were busy and not many available vehicles. I got an upgrade for free. Service was fast with a pickup too. I always use Enterprise.

Went in looking for a new car after an accident, didnt expect to get a car the same day but these guys made it happen! The salesmen here are extremely friendly and dont try to sell you something you dont need for extra $$. Im very happy with my 2016 Hyundai accent. I cant thank this place enough :)
