The staff at this Verizon Wireless location are real friendly, and they know what they are talking about. I went to this location with a simple question about my phone but they were able to save me money on my home phone service. The consultant save me a large amount of money on my home internet and home phone bill!!! I would recommend anyone that wants to get a phone or have any questions about their Verizon wireless bill to go to this location. I also purchased a Smartphone from this location, and I thought I would never figure out how to use this device but the consultant took over 1 hour of his time to explain about how my device worked and answered all my questions!!!

The employees at this location are wonderful! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was also offered help immediately. Kaylena is the woman that worked with me directly. She listened to what I needed and provided me with it. She was very knowledgeable about the products and could answer all of my questions. Also she went over the changes to my account and told me specifically what my next few bills would look like so that there are no surprises. Kayleena is a great asset to their team and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Amazing service and always friendly. Sasha the store manager helped me set up home services and saved me 90 dollars a month. She took the time out to make sure I would know what was going on.
