I called this location 3 times to ask a question about upgrading my phone. No answer any of the times I called. I get there, only to find out that I couldnt upgrade my phone because I needed to back up all my photos to the cloud...WHICH IS THE EXACT REASON I WAS CALLING TO BEGIN WITH! I ended up wasting an hour and a half over something that couldve been avoided if they answered their damn phone to begin with! Never going to this location again. Also, I think its important to mention that while I was there, there was only 1 other customer and the phone rang and still no one answered it. They were not swamped or running around. The place was dead. Completely unacceptable!

Love this store! Staff takes the time to help you with anything you need. In the crazy world of technology that I cannot keep up with they are more than helpful and professional. My go to for phone service and would recommend to anyone.

Great store, but stores are too busy, over hour waits sometimes . More corporate stores needed in more locations for the folks that actually go to stores, I personally never to go stores.

Appointments mean nothing to these employees. We had a 6:30 appt and 40 minutes later still waiting. Two people have been taken while we have been waiting. Time to switch to Verizon
