DONT GO TO THIS STORE. The manager (Michael Short) is not a good individual and hires sales consultants that are uninformed and not helpful. The first sales consultant ( I forget his name) I went to was extremely helpful and was very nice; however, the second time I had to visit (broken phone). Another sales consultant (Seth Lawrence) lied to me to get me to purchase another phone by convincing me that I could get a full refund with broken phone. I called verizon customer service expecting a refund; however, they werent able to do it. I came back to return the phone thinking that I would get at least my restocking fee waived. The manager absolutely doesnt waive it and believes that its my fault. Im never coming back to this store again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! THEY FRAUDED ME AND MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! I made the mistake of stepping into the A Wireless store in December and purchased a phone. I found it to be much more difficult an experience than just ordering online with Verizon like I always have in the past. After buying the phone I was told I have to come back in a few days to pick it up. Worse yet, when I received my first I bill I found that I was signed upon for the Edge plan and a bunch of other charges. Almost all of the employees at this store were arrested. I am still fighting with A Wireless to get these charges removed 3 months later. Dont take chances, order online.

Tyler and the other employees were awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We are very pleased with the customer service they provided. I have no complaints and highly recommend this store. Thanks guys for all your help!! We will definitely return to this store for any future purchases.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place was once a really great store. Then they changed the staff and the managers. Place has gone severely downhill since Brandon and the two Rustys left.
