MetroPCS is horrible. I was sold a defective phone which I paid $200 for and was recalled by the company and no longer sold. I called customer service and was told that I could just take my defective phone back to my local Metro PCS store and they would give me a replacement phone of equal value of what I paid for my defective phone originally and that they were very embarrassed for the company however when I went to my local store as well as the store that contains the manager of the local stores I was treated like a piece of trash I was given a phone that cost less than $50 to replace a $200 phone which is basically no different than the phone that I had before I upgrade it or thought that I upgraded to a better phone before I found out that it was defective I am very upset and told that since my local store is just a MetroPCS authorized dealer they do not have to follow corporate policy and basically I am stuck with a piece of trash phone that takes 2 minutes to make phone calls has a horrible camera on it and the internet runs very slow on and all of my apps do not work on I would not recommend this company to anyone I plan on switching companies after this outrageous experience of being ripped off of my hard-earned money thank you for nothing I already messaged the company and Ive called customer service several times and then assured that I would be taken care of but told that if I really want something done I have to drive 3 hours to the nearest corporate store each way that is not going to happen why the hell would I spend more money on gas and tolls then I paid for my phone in the first place they should be shut down and there should be no such thing as a MetroPCS authorized dealers if they are going to represent your company and cause you to lose customers I have been a loyal customer for over a year now but Im not ready to Port my number over to another company which cares about its customers being happy because obviously your company does not care.

I was haggled at this store!! Overcharged by $82.00 and was not given a receipt 2 days before christmas!! Who takes advantage of customers 2 days before christmas?! I was forced an upcharge on the plans told I HAD to get the unlimited, when I did not want it and ultimately according to customer service did not have to! The two men at the desk scratched each others backs by sticking up for the other when questioned about the total and I think split their profit, I sure hope the owner or manager is not in on these schemes!! I will NEVER go back and filing a report with anyone who will listen!

Horrible service, my phone died during a system update. I only had the phone three months, and had to pay to get a same replacement. They had none in store ,so they said they would order a new one, it was put on rush order, so I was told. Four days later, no phone. I was told to call in a few hours to see if UPS had come yet. I called and was told they did come, I asked if my phone was in. I was told to hold and he would see, after twenty minutes of waiting I hung up and called back it was busy. Two hours of trying, and the phone is still busy.
