This company is really racist. They made my family wait so long for no reason at all. A couple people i have seen in there that were different they were not taken care of at all. This company is just wasting your time and money. There is no use of going they wont help they will just tell you a story and send you off there way. They act like children and will only work with the people they want to work with which isnt a professional business style at all. I will advise you to stay away from here. For example of what i am talking about is that I have went to this verizon yesterday and i have signed up there was a one white person that was acting like a child and racist and look at us for 2 minutes then he signed me up. Next thing you know it they made us wait for 45 mintues even though I only have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. If you go to this store dont I will advise you to go to a different phone company. Like at&t or T mobile even sprint they are way better than verizon. Verizon lost a great amount of people anyway so cancel your contract and go to a different phone company.

I hope this is the right store. Terry helped me with my phone yesterday and he was very nice. My husband and I will be going to his store for any further phone issues. I went to a different Verizon store and they told me to ask an app for help without really looking at my phone, but Terry picked it right up and started troubleshooting, at the end of his day when he shouldve been going home! Thank you again.

Always helpful, and they offer an excellent selection of phones and accessories. I had to change out my SIM card, and they had no problem helping me out, and were very professional. Because of that experience, I purchased my next phone there last week, and Im extremely happy with their customer service.

I have had trouble with my Droid phone. I had gone to a corp. store earlier this week and they failed to fix my issues. Matt was patince and spoke in a languge i could understand!!!! Thank you for the great customer service
