I first came here last saturday because I recently got locked out of my brand new phone. Didnt even have it for 30 days, galaxy s6 edge plus. From having a iphone for years I finally switched to a galaxy and was happy, until this happened. My phone locked me out and wouldnt recognize my finger print. When I first came in I was told about a 72 hour lock out privacy mode. They told me after 72 hours my phone would unlock itself and I would have access to it again. I waited exactly 72 hours and showed up 3 days later to make sure I didnt screw anything up and can easily get back into my phone. Wasnt easy at all, and my phone was still doing the same exact thing. I was being treated almost as if I stole the phone or something, and was told I didnt wait long enough... (told me 72 hours and thats how long I waited) Both times I went not once did they long onto my verizon account. Stated that this was a brand new phone and they basically just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry you have to hate another 72 hours! I have no idea why I would have to wait another 3 days after already doing so. Im currently paying for a phone that cannot be used! Left there with absolutely no help at all. Decided to try out the Verizon on Keyser Ave and they were so helpful, and they are in the process of helping me replace the phone that cannot be used anymore. I will never go back to the Verizon on route 6!

The reps tell you whatever the can to get the commission. The reps that Ive dealt with dont follow through with what they tell you they will do. This seems to reflect the company as a whole. Verizon has overall poor customer service. They do not deliver on what they say.

I find this store in particular to be more helpful when it comes to issues with my phone, tablet or account. Quick to assist you and generally quite helpful. Im always impressed at the product knowledge of the associates.

Sold me a new tablet to replace a poorly operating tablet, didnt tell me I would have to pay a $175 early termination fee on the old tablet or keep paying $10 monthly fee on a dead tablet. Very deceptive, fraudulent!
