First off, I LOVE TMOBILE! Service has been great. This store, and staff is horrible. I took my phone in for a warranty service. The associate told me my phone was physically damaged. Phone never dropped or anything. After a argument, in which I never insulted the associate, he followed me to my car and wanted to fight me. After the punk didnt swing at me, I quit wasting my time and got in my car with my children. The store manager covered for him with customer care. Also the store manager told customer care that he would switch my phone out if I came back with my id, which he told customer care there was a problem because I forgot my id(which i did not, but this was to cover for his employee). The next day I went to do this, he made me stand there for 30 minutes until he told me he cant take my phone because he does not want to be accountable. What kind of service is that? The staff here is horrible, and do not know what they are doing. Go to the TMobile 5 minutes down the road!

not savvy ...only one person who has taken the time to be knowledgeable. pretty sad. customers shouldnt have to teach phone staff. Only person I will talk to is Rex. Hes the only one I can actually get answers from. Hes pretty smart. 5 STARS for REX

Never enjoy knowing more than staff. Its your job, common now. I had to guide them through what I needed from them to activate my unlocked wearable with T-Mobile service.
