Avoid dealing with the manager. I wanted the unlimited data $80 per month plan, and was told that I would get a better deal if I accepted a "free" tablet. After asking repeatedly, "Is the bill going to be $80? How much will the bill be every month?" I was assured that it would be the same. The manager instructed the tech on how to write up the contract. After going home, my wife turned on the tablet, and asked why was a phone number associated with the tablet itself. I called Verizon directly and learned the store ripped me off. The tablet had its own plan, and cost extra money for a total monthly cost of $130. Verizon customer service had to refund my money, since I was scammed by the store. The tablet was returned the same day, and still didnt get all of my money back. The gentleman that did the refund was nice. The manager left shortly after I walked into the store.

You know when you walk into a business establishment, where all the customer service representatives are friendly and helpful? It just makes you want to bring your business back again and again? Well that is not the Wind Gap Verizon store. The unpleasant 20 something on duty looked annoyed that he had to up-root his bulk from the seat to which it had become apparently attached, and lumber to the locked doors, 5 minutes after opening time. After unburdening his feet of himself, he begrudgingly offered to do the job for which I can only assume he collects a paycheck for... Every time Ive ever been to this particular facility I leave with the same feeling. I have 2 stars because the gentleman was able to do what I needed. Service with a smile goes a long way!! Have a nice day!

My husband and I purchased two S7 phones, a Hum, & two tablets from this location. Johnathan, our CSR, and Steve, the manager, could not have been more helpful. While we had a couple issues through our transition from AT&T, Jonathan & Steve went above and beyond the call of duty. We believe due to their actions that we made a really good decision deciding to make the switch to Verizon. I suggest that you request Johnathan as a your CSR-he is great and will make sure youre satisfied before leaving the store. Moreover, he even came in on his day off to help us out- who does that?!

Currently understaffed, only one person (seems like a new employee too) in here to help anyone that comes in. You need at least 2 sales accosiates at any phone store no matter where it is.
