I have stopped at the Brodhead store 3 time in the last 12 months. My feeling was three times and out. I was ready to take all my business away from Verizon. Today I needed to make a change that I had been told could only be done the day before my plan expired. (No time to drive to Bartonsville) What a wonderful surprise it was to be greeted with a friendly smile and totally wonderful service from Fran Redline. She listened to my request, and had everything taken care of in a few minutes. Hopefully the company realizes what an asset they have in Fran. The other employees that I dealt with in the past were rude, inconsiderate and almost set me to another provider. I hope anyone stopping at this location has the good luck to meet Fran and not one of the uncaring employees.

My husband and I walked in to Verizon Wireless in Brodheadsville and it was the greatest experience. Marcus, Emily, Richie and Sai were beyond friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable. By the time we left I wanted to invite them all for dinner. Sometimes its not easy to shop for new phones with all the new technology, but they certainly made it easy and Fun! Should you ever need assistance, save yourself and head out to Verizon Wireless on 209 in Brodheadsville. Its a sitcom waiting to happen. Thank you to all 4 of you for your patience and making it a pleasant experience.

The staff here is just phenomenal. Extremely helpful, laid back and friendly. They paired me up with a wonderful phone right in my price range and helped me get the rebate before I even left the store. When I came back a month later with questions they remembered me (even my travel plans) and solved my problem in a matter of minutes. If youre looking to buy a phone, these people are looking to set you up with whats best for you, not for them. I highly reccommend.

Stay away from this franchise store. Drive a little further and deal directly with Verizon on RT 611. The owner is rude and unprofessional. She tired to get to me to convert my plan and was either totally misinformed or was outright lying. When I questioned her on it she refused to serve me. I am a long time Verizon customer, this is not good for Verizon. Again dont waste any time here deal directly with Verizon on Rt. 611.

Marcus was an exceptional store manager...He went over and above any other Person I have experienced with regards to purchasing a new phone..He is positively an asset to Verizon..Marcus is technically superior in all aspects. Many many thanks for a great experience (way way better than AT&T!!). Oops one more thing...Nikki was awesome too when Marcus was busy with other customers

Today I went in with a problem from a different store, and had the problem completed resolved with amazing customer service. They sat down with me, genuinely cared about my concerns, and worked every option to help resolve the issue. My experience with Marcus was amazing, a definite change in customer service!

No longer owned by TCC, TCC is run by an aggrogant jerk. Since the new owner has taken over Im happy to do buisness at this store again. Makes paying my bills and getting accessories much easier. Rich was even able to get me my new S7 at a cheaper monthly rate than I was paying for my old S5!

I bought a phone on the other day here,Richard put liquid glass on for me,he told me it would not break....today...2 days later a broken phone!Im pissed!!!! Called them up,they dont care....yes I shouldnt have dropped it but I accidents happen and I was told it wouldnt break!!!

New owners!! Marcus is the guy running it now. He is great. Finally I can go into Verizon in Brodheadsville and get help. My wife and I went into the store to upgrade her phone and I ended upgrading my phone too. It was a wonderful experience. I will absolutely go back!
