This store is a nightmare.!!!!!!!! They erased all my pictures on my Droid phone. The salesperson apologized and claimed he was going to give me a free phone for his actions. The "free phone" was a lie. He gave me the phone but later I found out I was being billed $22 a month for it. My pictures are lost and gone forever thanks to him. As for the "free" phone I have placed numerous phone calls to rectify my bill . I was told the store is a third party store by a Verizon and the store needs to correct my bill. The management at the store has been giving me a complete run around for over a month. My bill has still not been corrected by them. My next step will be legal action if they do not do something to adjust my bill for the free phone I was promised in writing. They need to stop scamming the public! There are laws against this fraudulent behavior. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! !!!! Buyers beware !

would give 0 stars but that is not an option. the people that work here are liars and scumbags. they told me i qualified for a free tablet. being skeptical already, i asked "no monthly charges or hidden fees or any additional cost?" mike derosa said no. completely free. well i get my next bill and im paying $10 a month for "an additional line" and $18 a month for a piece of crap ellipses tablet that is slow and crappy quality. i go back to this store and was lied to again saying that i was told it would cost money. of course i cant return the tablet because 14 days have passed and they refuse returns after 14 days. i call verizon and they say this is not a corporate verizon store and they cant do anything about it. the people in this store are low life losers that lie and provide terrible service. find an authentic verizon and stay away from this store in clarks summit.

The people were nice, but they are too focused on up-sales. They lack knowledge of the products, and they give you estimates rather than actual cost. They made me sign every sheet as if it was a binding contract. If they took the time to explain the scribbles they put on their pieces of paper, you wouldnt need someones signature. Furthermore, if they cared about customers, they wouldnt give them free devices without explaining that the device itself has to be processed as a new line and has a higher monthly fee than is stated on the random piece of paper. Lastly, they sell "passes" for you next update, but they dont explain that they are only for their particular type of store. Their speciousness is either straight theft or utter ineptitude. Unfortunately, I hope its the prior, since the people seemed nice. I would recommend going to the licensed store in Dickson City.

Mark: The customer service at this Verizon location is outstanding. The Manager is excellent. I also need to recognize ANDY who has been unbelievably helpful to me and my family. We have needed to make a number of changes to our account for family reasons, and look into new products and services. Andys expertise on very detailed information, his patience with the time it took to answer all our questions, and his overall customer service are a model for any company representative. He is my "go to" professional for Verizon services and a fantastic ally. Thank you, Andy!! Olivia: Excellent customer service from Andy Patel, explaining our cell phone bill, helping us understand upgrades and costs. He was very patient, helpful and friendly both times we have visited the store!

I went in to buy my daughter a phone and simply add it to my family account. I was very clear that this was for my 12 year old and I was buying her a non-smartphone and just wanted her added on to our account. When I received our first bill afterwards, I come to find that the salesperson had set my daughter up for a brand new account instead of adding her to our family plan. The bill was for significantly more money than it should have been and I think she did it on purpose. I called Verizon and they told me that this was not an actual verizon store, but a 3rd party retailer. Ultimately Verizon fixed it for me, but I will not go back to this store

I went in to but the iPhone. After a lot of convincing I reluctantly bought the Droid x after I was told I would be unable to get Google Calender on the iPhone, that the iPhone screen was not able to be customized, and that if the phone ever broke I would be unable to get a new.one. I found all these things to be false!!! AND I have had to return my Droid x FIVE times due to the keyboard freezing, the phone turning itself off, and other problems. And when the new.phone came it had the SAME EXACT PROBLEMS! Chris was who helped me. Although he seemed to be very helpful...please try to be cautious. Oh, and never buy a Droid.

I think this retailer will cheat you if they can. They certainly cheated us. They offered my husband a promotional deal for two tablets and the cost of two lines. We never received the tablets but my husband has been paying for the lines for many months. The retailer took our unlimited data plan away under the pretense our bill would be less and sold him a hotspot which is a data hog, with a 1 gig data plan. The hotspot sits in a box, unused, while the $20 per month line charge for two years, rolls on. Go to a Verizon corporate store where there is no financial incentive to cheat customers.

I would NEVER, EVER use this store again. They are uneducated on their products/rebates. I was told I would get a rebate and it was rejected because it was the wrong forms (that they gave me). I had to spend several hours working it out with VerizonWireless and the rebate center. They also screwed up my switch from an unlimited plan to one with a finite amount of data. I had to again spend a great deal of time on the phone with VerizonWireless fixing this problem. Getting to speak to a store manager is an ordeal and some employees dont even know who is in charge of the place! AVOID THIS DEALER!

Came to the Verizon Store in Clarks Summit to get a new phone. A gentleman named Ankur Patel was the person taking care of myself and my daughter. He had such a great sense of humor withing the first two minutes of talking with him. He did a great job explaining everything to the both of us and did it all with a smile, he was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone who may need to purchase a phone. Pearl Pierce

RUN! Stay as far as you can. Do NOT go to this Verizon store! Liars and cheats are in this store. They completely lied about our promised upgrade plan. Spent the last month trying to get our "promised" plan with incompetent people. They did not call us back multiple times and Ive never been more frustrated. Nobody helped us as they claimed to not be an official Verizon store. WORST STORE YOU COULD GO TO
