Horrible service; all they do is lie to their customers. I switched to Verizon during the Black Friday Sale in November, 2016. I had four lines switched over with three of them that should have been eligible for $200/line promo gift card. The one I know was not eligible because I changed the phone number so I was aware that it was not considered a line switched over. So I received receipts for each phone which I had to upload to their rebate center website. I was told that I could enter all of them in ONE submission and so I did just that. I then received confirmation that I should receive the rebate Visa Prepaid Gift Card in mail around mid-January. So I waited until around February until I received it but I only received one $200 card. I called and a guy told me that the other ones are being processed and I will receive it in March. So I waited and waited and called in April again. When I called this time, they said that there was only one submission so I will only get one $200 card. They even pulled up my submission and saw that I uploaded three receipts but they said that only one could count because it was only through one submission. I told them that I was told I could submit them all in ONE submission which is why I did so. They said that they would speak to the manager and then give me a call back. I never received a call back. I called about three or four times speaking to different representatives all saying that they would call me back but I never got a call. Then near the end of April-beginning of May, I directly went down to the Whitehall store. A nice guy helped me check the status because the saleslady who helped me switch over back in November was not working that day. He said that he would leave a note for her and she would get back to me the next day. I waited a few days and neither the guy or the lady contacted me. So on May 4th, I emailed the lady regarding the issue. She replied back saying that she called the rebate center and had the rebate resubmitted but I could not get $400 and only the $200 because the promo required an old phone trade in. At that point, I would be glad to even get the one $200 gift card even though I clearly remember that it was only to switch a line over to get $200. So by the end of May, she told me that I should receive the gift card by June 8th. I still havent received it so on June 16th, I emailed her again and asked about the status. On June 20th, she replied back. She said that apparently the case was sent up as an escalation on June 8th and needed 10 days for them to respond. She said that it was denied and the case has been closed and there is nothing else that they can do because it was so long ago(well it took so long because they just kept on dragging the time for it to be processed). So now because I was told that I only needed ONE submission, Im out $400. The promo was the only reason why I switched all of my lines over. Maybe for a large corporation like Verizon, $400 is nothing but for a lower-middle income family like mine, it makes a big difference! Why should I be losing out on the promo I was promised because of a careless mistake that they told me to make? So I emailed her back and asked if there was anything they could do even if they used it as bill credits rather than giving me a gift card. She said she will speak to her manager about it. I have many services with Verizon. Two different home internet/phone bundles, one mobile plan with four lines, and one business internet and phone bundle which cost me hundreds every month and this is what I get??? Im currently giving the review one star. Hopefully I can get a desirable response soon so I can change it. If not, Ill have spread the word of how untrustworthy this brand is and how they lie directly to the customers faces.

Its Verizon Wireless. Although the employees at this location are awesome, welcoming and VERY helpful. Verizon as a company, including wireless is on my last nerve. What a greedy selfish company.

A typical Verizon store. Employees are nice and try to sell you over-priced products you dont want. Always remember to check prices online and dont allow yourself to be pressured.
