3rd strike and you are out!! Initially went to this store 2 years ago and everything was a great experience. Between now and then, terrible! Ironically my phone "bricked" after it went through a "software upgrade" a month before it I was due for an upgrade. Walked in provided my name for their list. Waited a bit and then a person asked if I needed assistance, as soon as I saw who it was I knew I wasnt getting any where. Dealt with this person before and just no experience or customer care, just "what can I sell you today". Explained my situation and the fact that I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years, I asked "how can you help me waive whatever fees are involved if I get a phone today? I am also looking to cut cost on my monthly bill." Persons response, "Let me ask my manager". She proceeds to interrupt the manager who was on his personal phone doing whatever to see what they could do. "Hmm, well, we can waive $15 and thats it." Back to his phone he went. Now I am back to terrible rep who doesnt know $h!t from Adam and her response, "well you can buy this phone which will increase your monthly bill by only $10 or you can go to Best Buy or Target and buy a phone out right and transfer the SIM". Went to a Verizon re-seller and they were the other end of the spectrum. Waived additional fees and threw in some extras for the hassle. Answered Verizons questionnaire for whatever it is worth explaining the same scenario.

The customer service at this store is terrible. After a considerable wait, I spent another hour and a half at this store and walked out with no resolution. The person helping me was on the phones with Verizon customer service for the majority of the time and even passed the phone to me few times. I went to the store to talk to a person, not to be on the phone. The store manager was rude and told me that the Verizon rep. on the phone “has no idea what he is talking about.” Extremely frustrated, I drove to my next closest store (Pottstown) and not only was my issue resolved in about 20 minutes, but I was treated respectfully and politely. I’d recommend anyone looking for good customer service stay away from this store. Any extra time spent driving to a different store will be well worth it. I will never step foot in the Royersford store again.

The staff is incompetent and they try to upsell you on just about anything they sell. I mean Ive been to an att store every year since the iPhone came out and two verizon stores other than this one, and this one is the worst. Both times I went after 6 and got the same people so maybe its just them. But it was a bad experience and Ill never go back. On the second lovely visit I went to exchange my note 7 and they couldnt do it because it would take 20 minutes and there was only 15 minutes until they closed. What a joke. It takes 30 seconds to swap a sim. Either way, if their open until 6 they better be swapping phones until 6. Not my problem if they need to stay late to take 20 mins to do a 3 min task Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that they know what their doing. Or even better just order it online or at BB.

I have been in this store exactly three times and have left angry, frustrated and ready to drop Verizon all three times. This store appears to be a collection of people who could care less about what they do and the customers that they are tasked with serving. Horrible customer serive, zero understanding of Verizon policy and procedure, bad attitudes and even a breach of my privacy by giving out my account information to my boyfriend without my consent. This store should be closed, it does nothing to help Verizons image or reputation, but plenty to hurt it. It should also be noted that all three times what I needed them to do to help me was taken care of immediately and satisfactorily by Verizon Customer Service.

Dont go near this store. The salesman lied about the charges I would get on my bill. The amount he told me was actually double what he said. And once those charges are there, you can call Verizon 50 times and they tell you they will reduce the charges but they never do. Also, he didnt tell me about a rebate I was suppose to get for the new phone, so dont trust their "paperless" system. Get a paper receipt and the paperwork for the rebate. Ive been calling Verizon for 6 months now with no resolution. Once my 2 years are up, Im out of here.

This Verizon store has the WORST people working here. No help, no customer service, and rude. I left there today, and went down the street and took advantage of T Mobiles offer to pay off contracts from other providers. I had continued problems with Verizon wireless.The people working here made it even worse. I had problems before with home based internet, fios and phone. Verizon, all together is a horrible company. I never want to deal with them again. I am usually a very calm, even tempered person, not today.

I would not send my worst enemy to this location. I was ripped off by the salesman, and the manager said he would call me by Monday. Here it is Tuesday, and he still hasnt called me to address this issue. Also why does Verizon have stores if they dont honor what the store does anyway. Its very misleading. Dont go to this store they dont care about anything but making the sale.

Awful customer experience. I was in and out of that store 3 times within 2 weeks trying to get answers ultimately left frustrated and upset. This is in regards the Note 7 recall they kept pointing their fingers towards Samsung and wouldnt adhere to Samsungs recall and ultimately played dumb as if they knew nothing. Would highly recommend going to a different store.

walked in when a couple people were getting helped but i wasnt even told "be right with you" over heard emoloyees talking to customers about phones they didnt know wgat they were talking about, they didnt even tell their customers about new and upcoming phones only what was out to make $$$$$. Definetly dont reccomend this store to anyone.

Great customer service. My favorite Verizon store to visit. Representative gave me his cell phone number and over the course of a few days redesigned my plan and linked it to a business account saving me money and adding more devices to the plan at the same time. A+.

The customer service is horrible. The fat guy with the glasses lies and cheats to make a buck...lied about my screen protector and told me it was glass and it wasnt. Lied about my plan. And he may be a window licker...

Great service by very knowledgeable and courteous staff. We received the best option for a plan change and line add with suggestions for additional promotions. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The manager is clueless, the workers are useless, no knowledge about their phones, tablets and parts what so ever. Stay far away from this store. Good luck asking for the store manager.
