Called this location on 9/20/2014. The managers,associates,and other store staff must not know how to operate a telephone. Ironic right? A phone store that does not answer the phone. I will not do business with a retail establishment that does not value their in store AND their phone business. Could not be more disgusted with their lack of respect for the customer.

I ordered a phone online through work to pick up at the store. Two days ago I was told the order was processed and to wait for an email from the store. No email. Ive been trying to call for 2 days... no answer. I called ATT and they said keep calling the store. WTF. I v old have spent way less and opened an account at Verizon... lesson learned.

I have been calling for a week straight to resolve a lie I was told about the direct tv service that I was offered. A girl named dena even gave me her cell phone number in case I needed anything! The number no longer works and I have been ripped off by this store and direct tv!!!

The store is fine but do NOT trust Google Maps to take you there. Their database locates the store mistakenly in "West Chester Park" instead of where it actually is, in a shopping center just to the west of town, off the eastbound lane of Route 3, West Chester Pike.

Husband Went in with question regarding a broken screen. Was told to go to staples. Turned out staples didnt fix S7s. Went to best buy where they told me I could use my upgrade eligibility for a new phone for him. Why does best buy know more about AT&T than AT&T?
