They are horrible!!!!! I bought a phone 14 days ago and tried to return it for a different phone and they said I was one day to late. I bought the phone on 4/4 and went to exchange for a different phone on 4/18. I called ATT corporate and they said that you should be allowed to return the phone. I then tried to call them and they did not answer the phone and it says the voice mail is full, this went on for most of the day and still 2 days later the same thing. I can write for hours on how bad this company is, they really dont care!!! I would go to either best buys or a ATT corporate store, DO NOT GO TO A ATT AUTHORIZED RETAIL STORE, they are a problem. This all being said I might switch to another phone service just out of principle. ATT corporate you would think would get involved but say they cant because this is a 3rd party business, but they have ATT signage all over there building. Its not worth the aggravation to get involved with these people. Just to let you know, the store in question is the one in Limerick on ridge pike. The Royersford store I never went to but its the same owner.

Tricked elderly people into thinking they were getting free iPhones. When the bills came, they were shocked to find how big their bill was. Cannot pay the bills and the cost would be over $700.00 to buy out iphone 4s that arent even given away anymore! Manager doesnt care. Manager told me "they are over 18" they can buy what they want. Yes, they are in their mid 80s. One of these elderly people told me they got free iPhones without contract!! I found out they are scamming unknowing people into believing they are getting free iPhones when they should be telling them there are no upfront costs!..... They should be shut down! Nothing here is made up and I am using my real name! GO TO ANOTHER STORE. Or to a real At&t store!!! Its a shame there are businesses that run this way! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! I hope the franchise owner reads this and starts over with people with morals!!

Fabulous customer service. Jorge and Amanda were very patient and kind last evening when I brought my 78 year old parents in to get new phones. My parents were not sure of what plans they had or what they could get. I appreciate the time that Jorge and Amanda took explaining everything to them (more than once!!).

Stopped in there yesterday with $850 cash to purchase a phone. I was told I cannot purchase a phone outright and I must do the redicilous "att next" program which raises my monthly bill by $26. Umm ok? Walked out went right to Best Buy and had my new phone within 20 mins. Thanks for nothing

Went in with questions. Waited 10 minutes as I watched both employees work with the same customer while the line of customers needing help backed up. This combined with false information regarding getting the upgrade fee waved last time = time for a new AT&T store.
