For my 13 year old son I bought a SIM card with international service for his upcoming trip to Europe. As a device I brought the ATT phone I bought some 9 months earlier. On the ATT web page I checked and knew that ATT offered that service for 30 USD per month. In addition to Rustys absolute lack of interest in service me as a customer he proposed a much more expensive plan. When I pointed out that the plan is available for 30 USD he reworked the settings. Next day my son left, and of course when arriving in Frankfurt the phone did not have any service. Going back to the store I was being told that without the phone nothing could be done. However, I received the free advise to buy a SIM card in Europe and put it into the phone since the phones sold were unlocked. Needless to say, they are not. So every single information I received proved to be wrong, none of the services sold worked. On the positive side, there are a lot of parking slots available in front of the store. Before I wondered why, now I dont.

So I have to be honest, Ive never felt more uncomfortable in a store than the way the 3 employees made me feel at this location. I had to beg in order to get information about phones and everyone acted like it was an issue to ask a question. They had nothing in stock in terms of new releases as well as older ones. I thought these guys work on commission, however, whether they do or dont, Id be embarrassed. Every time I went to ask something, it required removal of ear phones and making me feel like I was bothering them. If anyone would have inquired as to why I was there, they would have known that I 100% needed a phone today and would have bought almost anything. It was a missed opportunity and Ill never come back again. Ive been a client of ATT for 18 years and for the last 10 Ive gone to West Chester location. I guess Im going back to ole faithful. Unfortunately, they did this to someone who does SEO, Reputation Management and runs a successful practice in doing so. Sad.

Stopped in the store to check my plan. Left with a new tablet and a lowered monthly bill. Naysayers in these reviews must have unrealistic expectations bc I could not have been happier with the service i received from Rusty. Found my new store and couldnt be more pleased. The manager Neal was also very helpful. Will definitely be returning for any At&t needs I have. Thank you so much guys!

Jon and Jamie were extremely helpful with my issues. I would suggest this store for anyone looking for professional service and honesty. I will not be going to any other store for any of my AT&T needs.
