The service at this store is very poor. I went in on a Friday to order an iPhone 7+ and was told they would call us when it arrived in store. The employee took down my information on scratch paper and said that it should be in by Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday evening I called to see the status of my phone because I was yet to hear anything. They told me they needed to look up the information so I gave them two numbers to reach me at. I was at work when they called back and did not leave a message on either number. On Thursday I called again and they told me they had one 7+ in stock; it was not the one I had ordered. They had to reorder my phone because apparently it was never placed. This time they said that it should be at the store by Saturday. Once Saturday rolls around, I have not heard from them by 5:00 pm and the FedEx delivery status says expected arrival was the upcoming Wednesday. All this time I have been stuck with a broken phone that I use siri for my everyday tasks. Your best bet is going to real Verizon store since this is only an "authorized retailer".

Two hours to pickup two pre-ordered iphones! It was all due to a staffer’s inventory error. Three people were working, and none had a sense of urgency. (One whined the whole time that the manager wouldn’t let him take a half day for his birthday, all while we stood there in customer service hell.) Then they had the audacity to charge us $20 each for setup! No one seemed very sorry for the experience, never mind trying to compensate for our lost work time. Calls to Verizon and Go Wireless resulted in lackluster apologies and an offer for a free charger. Further complaining at least got the $40 setup charges credited, although we have to go back to the store to be credited. We’ve been in this store several times, and it’s never been pretty. (Just order the iphones last month was a hassle at nearly an hour in the store.) Go to another store!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Its a nightmare. Go to Exton they are REAL Verizon professionals. They lack knowledge and experience and are not there for the customer. The store in Exton said they get people coming at least 4-5 times a week complaining about these guys. To sum it up they sold us refurbished phones on 3G network but failed to mention either they also lied about fees that were supposed to be discounted. They claimed they couldnt transfer data because the cord didnt fit but the real reason was because it would take a long time. They are a shady operation and its sad to see these unprofessional renegades representing Verizon.

Ive been a Verizon wireless customer for well over 10 years and this store has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I went into the store over a week ago to purchase a new phone upgrade and was under the impression this was a simple process...long story short - I still dont have my phone and have dealt with customer service reps who either arent well trained or just dont like helping their customers. Worst customer experience Ive ever had! If anyone reading this has Verizon, please save yourself time and many headaches by going to a REAL Verizon store

Quinn was the best rep ever! She was not only extremely smart but knowledgeable and friendly as well. When I came into the Verizon wireless store.. I really just wanted to see what was out there, I had a terrible experience in this same store 2 years ago and no intention of buying in this particular store, Quinn however was so friendly she had me walking out of the store with a brand new phone and a tablet and a smile in my face. I am very pleased and will be coming to her with all my questions, Thank you Verizon and thank you Quinn! MBW

Sherelle is a gift from God. Out of Gods will I happens to stop into the Verizon in West Chester next to Starbucks. She assisted me when corporate wouldnt. She is the best and I cant say enough about her I purchased my phone from Verizon corporate in King of Prussia. They would not help me at all. Im going through pancreatic cancer and I needed some extra assistance because I cannot figure these things old. They told me if I did not know my Gmail password they would not help me. I feel I was cheated and lied to.

Dont go to the this store. They are worst. They told me that if you switch the verizon we will give you 100 dollars for each line, however I dont get them after months. They told me buy phone protector if something happen it we give you warranty but after they said I am sorry... so many that kind of stories. They are liar dont trust them go to the real verizon store.

I was there for about 2 hours. I had the best service. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was trying to transfer my phone numbers and pictures. He was very courteous and explained why it was taking so long. He even went over my bill to see if he could save me money, he could. He said he wasnt always at the WC store. Our loss.

Stopped in to get a first phone for my middleschooler and Shamika was awesome. She was the only employee there, but had no problem handling all of the customers. I especially liked the fact that we got everything we needed without the shady sales practices of the other Verizon stores in the area. Will definitely use them for future upgrades.

Ive had numerous problems using my new IPhone. Your staff at the Verizon store on west Chester pike and Five Points Road have been amazingly helpful! I am especially grateful to Aviee. She is extremely polite and cheerful about helping me, without making me feel stupid. I appreciate the superior service from all these young women!

Aviee is the best. She helped me get a new phone and is quick in her work and extremely friendly. She even stayed after her shift ended to help me get my new phone set up. I love this place. I had an old phone and decided to get a new one. The person I had was great, I walked out with a droid turbo and got a tablet for free. It was the best choice ive made, Ill never go to another Verizon store.
