goodbye 10,000 photos I came into the Verizon store at around 7:15p on a Saturday night with the intention of purchasing an iPhone 7 (still undecided on if to get the plus and the amount of memory I wanted). The store closes at 8p, so I knew I was kinda up against the clock. From years of working in retail I know the challenges of closing a store and getting the customers out in a relatively timely manner, yet balancing good customer service. I felt that the sales associate who helped me with my purchase was less focused on ensuring my phone was backed up properly and more intentional about selling me a warranty or phone case. It turned out my old iPhone was not backed up properly (I had brought my MacBook into the store, to try and help with the reset AND in all fairness I should have had some insight to needing to do a hardback up, however the employee assured me it would be backed up through iCloud). Turns out the photos were not backed up in iCloud, so I lost close to 10,000 photos I had - and after spending an hour on the phone with Apple assured me they are now gone forever. My impression is that this mistake could have been avoided if the sales associate was not so intently focused on getting me out of the store and a little more tactful with making sure my photos and data were properly backed up. So in addition to spending $850 on a new phone, I lost a lot of awesome travel and personal photos from the last two and a half years, but was left with plenty of ex-girlfriend photos from a back up completed 3 years ago. All and all not such a great experience - have to go with the one star.

Went in yesterday on 2/20. Was received by a guy, mid to late 20s dark hair, glasses, and a short beard. Seemed nice enough, and seemed as though he handled my situation (phone was having some sort of software or other internal issue). He said he ordered me a new phone and that it would be overnighted. On my way out he made sure that I did the survey in thanks of his service. After I left I received no confirmation text or email... Well today came and no phone. Called customer service who then stated that the guy never even placed the order, but they definitely got my positive survey. Real nice customer service skills huh? Id avoid this Verizon location.

I went to this Verizon Wireless store because I had an issue with my iPhone 5 and a few questions about what my options were pertaining to the issue. The store was busy but I was still promptly attended to by Gary, the store manager. He not only answered all of my questions very quickly and competently but also resolved the issue with my phone above and beyond what I had expected. It is quite clear that Gary and the other employees at this Verizon store are very knowledgeable about what they were doing and want customers who come into this store to have a good experience.

I went in on black friday to get a iPad, the midget 1 foot tall lookin ass sales girl sat there and looked me deadass in the eye saying "This device is unlocked." Its a few months later and I am looking to switch carriers but I cant cancel my service because the iPad was put onto a 2 Year plan. Hopefully she used the extra contract money she got off me towards some stilts or a ladder so she can actually see the customers at the counter.... smh.

Worst Verizon Experience EVER. Came in with multiple problems that I had with my replacement phone. Guy said he cant help me and gave me the number from the tech support. Also said he fixed my problem even though he didnt. Cant recommend that store AT ALL. Was always very happy with Verizon but that was a really disappointing experience!

The folks that work in this store are incredible. I had a crisis situation with a family member in hospice whose phone was irreparably damaged. The 3 different staff members I worked with to get a new phone and salvage files from the old phone could not have been more helpful, patient and supportive.

I dont think I can give a review ZERO stars, otherwise I would have. TWICE I have been treated like a child in this store, and my wife has been treated even worse. Every now and then, you do get a decent salesperson, but for the most part, customer service is extremely lacking here.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. People were very nice and did exactly what I wanted them to without even asking. Cell phone stores are usually a pain to deal with but not this one.

Found after the sale that Dan could be bothered with the details and follow through such as helping with email setup. The verizon options they sell are also junk sold at a premium price
