You can sit in this store for 20 minutes and no employees will speak to you. When they do they are rude and dont know anything. Then Jenn came out and saved the day.

No longer has service techs on staff. People are just there to sell you stuff and barely know how to fix anything. Can mostly only do activation sort of tasks.
