They wrecked a $549 Christmas gift. I wanted to get my wife a new iPhone for Christmas, and I couldve ordered it online but she wouldve known about it when it was shipped to our house. I had it shipped to this store instead, and was very specific about the Christmas thing. Two trips, a bit inconvenient, but it solved my issue...NOT. When the phone arrived, they CALLED MY WIFEs cell phone instead of mine and let her know that her new phone was in. They offered me a $10 cover as an apology/compensation (via a text message, mind you, because they didnt have the guts to call me). A discount on the phone and a call from the district manager wouldve been nice. I wont be back here.

I want to let everyone know what a wonderful experience I had today at this store. I had a forced upgrade to my cell and then it would not work. I came to this location and met Jorge. He is an asset to this business. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind!!! It took a couple of tries but he was able to reset my phone and restore it for me. I am so lucky to have met him today and I will refer everyone I meet to go to this location and ask for him. This was a terrific experience today and I am truly grateful for his help.

Jorge was beyond exceptional!!! I cannot recall a better customer service experience at any retail store. AT&T is very lucky to have Jorge and this store is the best place to come and get help, buy a phone, change plans or just learn about options. In my case, I was buying an iPhone 6s Plus for my parents and adding it to my plan. Jorge went way beyond expectations to make my experience and my new phone set up just perfectly - and in no time as I was in a rush. Cant recommend this store location or Jorge any more!!!

This store has the worst customer service I have ever had in the 10 years as an At&t customer. There was 1 person working on a Sunday, and he was turning customers away by being really rude and suggesting that we go to other stores...No Joke. They should close this store down till they can get some people that know what they are doing and can treat customers with respect . Dont waste your time with this place believe me .

Atrocious service 3 people working the day of iPhone release. For a store that just opened youd think they have their stuff together. Associates in absolute no rush to get to others waiting. It was nice of them to greet you and say "hi welcome for coming in theres a bit of a wait" I waited 50 min before walking out. Go to the Apple store. At least your conscious of the wait time and they know what theyre doing there

Came in for a feature change and to see if I could lower my bill after my upgrade. Was greeted with open arms by the staff, especially Jorge. Not only did he lower my bill by $15 dollars, he also applied my work discount which I didnt know about. Hes a real asset to the team and I will definitely be coming back.

What a fantastic store. Jessie was a superb help, he lowered my bill by $100 a month and got me a new phone. Lots of cases and couldnt have asked for better service. Will be back :)
