Copacetic is a great place to find unique jewelry and gifts of all kinds with probably the best customer service Ive experienced. Don is always able and willing to cater to his customers needs regarding sizing, repairs of all kinds, or just finding that special something. He frequently brings in new items and is happy to demonstrate the many gadgets that are also on display. In my opinion, the outdoor music adds some life to this side street in the financial district across the street from the Arcade (where this business previously survived for over 20 years!)

I work upstairs and have to listen to this stores music all day long. Even though I have repeatedly asked him to lower the volume, the volume stays up and is quite obnoxious. If this is the level of customer service one can expect from this store, I will take a pass. Its too bad -- were in the market for wedding jewelry.

Don recently moved from the Arcade around the corner to 17 Peck Street, and the new store is SO BEAUTIFUL. Really amazing, interesting stuff and if you need any jewelry repaired, Dons the BEST. Stop by for a visit at your earliest convenience.
