Took my Invicta watch in for a repair. it would stop for 4 or 5 hours, I would rattle it and then it would start working again for a few weeks. left it at Christian Jewelers so they could examine it and see how it ran. They did give me a watch for my use until they could find out what the problem was. Called me after approximately a week told me it would cost $175 to repair it, which was more than I paid for it. Told them to put it back together , they said fine and I would pick it up in a couple of days. When I picked it up, the WATCH DID NOT WORK AT ALL and THE STEM WAS BROKEN. They denied all responsibility, despite me telling them the watch was running when I left it there and the stem was a nonissue BEWARE The owner had the nerve to tell me in the store the watch was working, when it obviously was not

Those who know me know if I find something wrong with a place I will let everyone know - well I do the same if I find something RIGHT . I found that at Christian Jewelers on Front Street, Lincoln RI. For those that have never experienced this family ran business YOU are missing out!! I highly recommend the next time you are in need of jewelry repairs DO NOT HESITATE TO GO SEE THEM. YOU WILL BE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. .I REALLY CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THEM -- FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF!!!!

Customer service is amazing they treat you like family. I went in there with a ring that was not silver and they made it for me in silver; the end result was out of this world. They got everything on the ring up to the smallest detail. Christian did an amazing job he is very talented. I would recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely come back.

They claim to be able to repair watches. They do not. They will try but dont let them. They made repaires not needed on my watch and made it worse. Also, the owner makes you feel like you you dont know anything. Talks over you like you are a child. Would not return.
