HORRIBLE. I repeat, HORRIBLE. Quite possibly one of the worst experiences youll ever have. Although I would never order a large diamond from here - My wedding band had become a little too scratched up for me so I wanted to find a new band without paying an arm and a leg. I ended up getting just a thin band with diamond chips all the way around. The woman told me that all rings come in a size 6 (I am a 4) so I had to have it resized. She offered me rush shipping since they did not have my size and she knew I wanted to wear it immediately. I took the rush shipping. Little did we know that when we picked up the ring they would charge 88 dollars for rush shipping. Its not the extra uncommunicated cost that bothered me but the staff and management. The women working both when I purchased the ring and when I returned it were so unprofessional, teeny bopper little brats that wear too much makeup. The manager stays behind the counter pretending to count money and doesnt care to acknowledge any of the customers. I should have read these reviews before going in but I figured how can you really mess up a band? Oh it gets better. When I came to pick up the ring it took them a good thirty mins before they could find it as the girl repeatedly asked me "are you sure you purchased the ring here because I cant find it anywhere" "did someone from here call you and tell you it was ready" I told her yes and she rolled her eyes. Pathetic. Finally she found it, then gave her manager attitude because it "shouldnt have been where I found it". We also did not receive a box or even a bag for our ring just a simple cheesy receipt handed over to us. Spend your money elsewhere and go somewhere that cares about their customers.

Went into the store to get my new watch that my sister gave me for christmas sized. It wasnt an expensive watch however the man who thought he was all that decided he could treat me poorly. I saw how he was rude from the time I met him. First off his expression when I didnt know I was suppose to put the watch on the cloth was terrible. At that point I had a bad vibe. He measured the watch which went smoothly then once he returned with it. I tried it on and it was a bit too loose. I asked him if he could make it a little smaller and he responded "why? for fun?" No sir because I am paying you to do your job so I want it done the way I ask thank you very much. Lastly what bothered me the most was when I was paying with another nice lady, he packed up the remaining pieces and as he showed off his expensive watch on his wrist he said "dont forget your expensive watch" knowing it wasnt that experience. I completely lost respect at that time however I stayed quiet and left. If you want to keep your business running, Id recommend you start respecting your customers.

If I could give this a -2 stars I would. This was the most unprofessional and incompetent store I have even done business with. I wanted to help my sister in law pay her bill, as an act of kindness. She gave me her account number but they couldnt find her account anywhere, even under her name. They have so many ways/types of looking for accounts:, layaway, paid account, general accounts- all not connected to a master account. After 30 minutes and me calling my sister in law they found it. But their computer system couldnt take any credit cards because their system was outdated. I offered to write a check, but they refused to take it. OMG-what a way to run a business when I am trying to give them money. Stay away from this place. Look at other terrible reviews-unbelievably bad.!!! Dr. H.

I am soooo disappointed at this location. My now husband bought an amazing engagement ring from Zales I loved it. It was a bit big so I weight to this location for a resize and the lady Arlene was not into helping me at all. First of all she tried selling me a warranty for my ring that it already has! Then she tells me that the resize takes up to 2 weeks as I called today after 2 weeks as my ring is not ready yet!!!! To find out that Zales offers expedited shipping before placing order and that lady Arlene or Irene didnt even let me know even after me asking if there was anything we can do to expedite resizing. I got marry without my ring and now Christmas without it.

I give this location 5 stars not because everything about my experience there was amazing, but because one of the employees, Irene, was. Irene provided me with unbelievable support in helping me get and customize an engagement ring. I simply cannot recommend that woman more. If you go in there, ask for Irene, youll be happy you did.

Josie and Tony helped my fiancé and I buy our wedding bands and were and absolute pleasure to work with. My fiancés band was unusual and hard to match but they went the extra mile to help us problem solve and came up with the best solution possible. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, they made the experience amazing.
