Excellent! Very friendly, and pleasant to work with. Will be using them for any and all future needs; they do design with you, and accept old jewelery as well. I only stopped in to look at what they had, but was treated the same (I assume) as if I had bought something from them already. Were looking at designing our own engagement/wedding set, and I think we will be using these guys!
