Voice of experience here. I highly recommend making the drive to Concord or the NH Seacoast, where; quality jewelry stores, staff dont openly carry guns, and talented metal smiths, abound. The owner of this store, (the store has a big sign out front offering cash for gold), in my experience, is argumentative and at times intimidating, leading me to believe that his philosophy is such that the customer is never right. Three separate incidents with poorly done repairs/work - Stupid me for going back after the first fiasco. I am a firm believer in shopping local, but in this case, I will make the drive outside of my town for all of my jewelry needs. You wear a piece of jewelry, you wear the energy that come with it.

I puchased 3 exceptional items this year for my wife and daughter and all were beautiful, unique and priced well below market value. The selection is exceptional, dont be put off by the small town store appearance. They have an endless variety of estate jewelry also. They also did a great job repairing a pair of gold earrings that I had purchased elsewhere.
