I have been working with Mr. Brandt since he opened his store and could not be more satisfied. His selection is great, knowledge superior, and prices fair. One of my most memorable experiences with H Brandt was a present for my wife: I surprised her with an after hours visit to the shop where he measured her finger for a guard ring to match her engagement ring. She was treated like a queen and the ring is one of the favorite things I have ever purchased for her. Mr. Brandt has done repairs for me as well - one stop shopping. I used to buy a lot of "Blue Boxes," but that ended once I found H Brandt. Glad to have you in Natick.

I have dealt with them over the years and found Mr. Brandt to be reliable and available and charges are appropriate to the quality of jewelery. He just found a beautiful intense blue sapphire to update an old ring. The quality of work was excellent and he reminded me about recommended free annual cleaning. I feel very comfortable listening to his advice about purchases.

Just had my white gold diamond bangle purchased at H. Brandt Jewelers independently appraised. I paid $2700 plus gave this jeweler another bracelet with a retail value of $1000. Well, I was told the diamonds in the bracelet H. Brandt made me are worthless, and the bracelet has a value of about $300! I contacted H. Brandt & he will not rectify the situation. Stay away!!!

Stew was excellent at helping my fiance find the perfect engagement ring. Stew helped my fiance pick out a gorgeous diamond with the perfect mount.
