I went here to get the links on my watch adjusted to fit my wrist. The woman who I was serviced by was friendly. However, her work was quite poor. She worked on my watch unprofessionally, not taking necessary precautions to keep the watch scratch free. After 30 minutes and two broken tools, she failed to adjust the links on my watch correctly. I tried the watch on, and it slid about 4" on my arm when I would move. She insisted my wrists would swell during the summer, where if she made it tighter it would not fit. I was forced to go to a watch repair center to get the clasp replaced, links reordered, and scratches buffed out. Hefez & Sons Jewelers left me with $90 of unpaid repairs.

The lady who was working was incompetent. She completely broke my watch band during the fitting, Ive fitted my own watches before and only ruined the finish. This lady broke the band and scratched the glass, over all a 90 dollar fix. This is the easiest thing to do i dint know how they can possible be this bad.

Ive had nothing but great experiences at Hefez & Sons in Mansfield. Every time I go in I get amazing service. They have gone above and beyond in most cases and I certainly would recommend checking them out!
