The service, quality and craftsmanship at Bernard Jewelers is outstanding. The reviewer who complained of a lead repair is absolutely mistaking this jeweler for someone else. I can confirm that Bernard Jewelers response is true . . . they *always* open the item right in front of you when you pick it up and discuss what was done. Their skills are amazing. They created an exact replica of an 18th century diamond ring with the most exquisite filigree detailing from nothing but a picture for me. Not a day goes by that I dont receive a compliment on my beautiful ring and youd better believe that I wouldnt trust any other jeweler with my diamond!

My experience with the customer service, repairs and jewelry pieces bought from Bernard Jewelers are exceptional! They are most accommodating to the customers needs, extremely knowledgeable and dependable. I love having repairs done on the premises. Additionally, they are so flexible with having jewelry pieces designed and/or placed in varied settings to suit specific styles. They stand behind their workmanship. I have been going to Bernards for over 15 years and highly recommend them.

Simple, they used lead to repair a link in a gold chain. They told me they would use gold. They returned it with a note saying lead. Who uses lead, if they could not repair it with gold dont. Never called to ask if they could use lead. So it cost me another two hundred to have it repaired at Longs. By repaired, I mean remove the lead they added clean up the lead spots they left on the bracelet. Longs was surprised see lead was used. Really cannot recommend them for any repair work.

Brought a toddler to get her ears pierced per recommendations! They were not wrong recommending Bernards. The store was lovely and we were greeted kindly. The women were nice, gentle and the piercing was very clean. Great pricing! Will definitely go back.
